Who should attend?
Both Kasol and Kheerganga offer distinct experiences in the Parvati Valley of Himachal Pradesh, India. Kasol, nestled amidst lush landscapes, is ideal for nature lovers, trekkers of all levels, and those intrigued by its multicultural atmosphere blending Indian, Israeli, and Tibetan influences. On the other hand, Kheerganga beckons adventure seekers with its challenging trek, rewarding them with stunning vistas, natural hot springs for relaxation, and a spiritual ambiance conducive to meditation and yoga. Whether you seek serene landscapes, cultural exploration, or adrenaline-pumping adventures, both Kasol and Kheerganga promise unforgettable experiences tailored to your preferences.

The group will assemble at the pickup point at 7 PM. We'll meet the trip captains and a small tour briefing session would also be provided. • Afterward, we'll start our overnight journey towards Kasol which is a tiny hamlet in the Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh known for its pristine river streams and lush green forests.

Upon arrival in Kasol, we will check in to our designated hotel
• Afterward, we'll hike towards Chalal which is a quaint village that offers beautiful views of the entire Parvati Valley. After spending some peaceful hours surrounded by nature, we'll head back.
• In the evening, we will visit the Local market, and indulge in Cafe Hopping to explore the array of cafes that Kasol has to offer
. • Dinner followed by an overnight stay in Kasol

• After early morning breakfast, a briefing session by the trek leader sharing all the necessary details about the Kheerganga trek would be provided.
• Afterward, we'll head out for Barshaini, which is the starting point for the trek. The trail to Kheerganga is adorned by coniferous forests with the Parvati river flowing alongside. The trek is popular for a picturesque view of the entire valley as well as the hot springs that await the trekker at the top.
• We'll check into our campsites once we've reached the top and then enjoy one of the most beautiful views of our lives. The rest of the day is at leisure.
• Dinner followed by an overnight stay in camps.

• After early morning breakfast, we'll check out of our campsite and descent back down to Barshaini.
• En route, we'd visit the holy Manikaran Gurudwara. Afterwards, we'll head back to Kasol.
• We'll board an overnight bus for our return journey to Delhi.
Note: The visit to Manikaran Gurudwara is subject to time.
• We'll reach Delhi early in the morning. The group will dissemble and part ways with fond memories.
• Trip ends.

• Accommodation: 1 Night Accommodation in Kasol Camps and 1 Night Accommodation in KheerganagCamps.

• Meal Plan based on MAPAI : (Total 4 Meals - 1 Meals on Day 1 (D) + 2 Meals on Day 2 (B+D) + 1 Meal on Day 3 (B)).

• Parking and monument entry fees during sightseeing.
• Additional Costs due to Flight Cancellations, Landslides, Roadblocks, and other natural calamities.

Policy and Terms
- NO REFUND SHALL BE MADE WITH RESPECT TO THE INITIAL BOOKING
- AMOUNT FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS. HOWEVER,
- If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of thetrip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date ofthe trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellationfees.
- If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start dateof the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged ascancellation fees.
- In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or governmentrestrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in suchcases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternatefeasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
Terms and Conditions
- Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. PendingPayments may eventually lead to the Cancellation of the trip.
- The IDs shall all be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Govt. ID.
- The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at thetime of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.
- No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Client.
- Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be responsible for any damage or any missing items along the tour.
- The time of Departure is stated & fixed. All travelers must update their status with the Trip coordinator(s), & report at the pickup point 30 mins prior to thescheduled departure.
- The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the Driver’s discretion to put off the AC as & when required, considering the travelers’ safety & ease of travel along uneven & dangerous routes.
- Our time of departure is fixed must depart by the stated time & keep their status updated with the trip coordinator(s). Anyone missing the bus shall not be eligible for any refunds. We shall call you twice before the schedule departure.
- Drinking & Smoking are strictly prohibited along the tour due to health & safetyconcerns. Our tours involve physically demanding activities such as trekking, camping at high altitudes and we recommend for you to be in the right shape tomake most of them.
- No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial travel community and we aspire to bring to you a hassle free and memorable experience.
- TheTravel Toad shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as Natural Hazards, accident, breakdown of machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure or any untoward incidents.
- We do not provide any insurance policy to cover for the expenditure on sickness or accidents or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons.
Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions the physical ability of
participants etc. may bring alteration in the itinerary. We reserve the right to make
necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort and general
well-being!
