- Morning Pickup from Dehradun for long but scenic drive to Sankri via Mussoorie, Barkot, Purola, Mori, Netwar along the Tons River its 240 km (10 hours journey).
- Upon arrival in Sankri, enjoy dinner and allow time for your body to acclimate to the local weather conditions.

- After morning exercise we will have our breakfast and start the trek around 8 AM for our first camp at Juda Ka Talab
- You will cover a total of 5 km of distance today. In this trail one will come across many shepherd huts in open meadows which are equally delightful to see.
- The trail starts in a beautiful pine forest, just a short 10 minutes walk away from the village. The trail is wide and one can hear the sounds of running streams all through but may not be in view till much further.
- We will camp beside the small pond surrounded by Pine and Oak trees. One can have beautiful views of snow clad peaks from Juda Ka Talab campsite.
Day 3 - JUDA KA TALAB TO KEDARKANTHA BASE CAMP (4kms)

- Get up early morning to see the golden glow of snow clad peaks. Post breakfast start the trek to Kedarkantha Peak base which takes around 4 hrs to reach Kedarkantha Peak base.
- The track again begins through dense forests of pine and oak trees only and through steep ridge and much more dense areas.
- Just before reaching the Kedarkantha Base one can enjoy the fascinating views of arc shaped range of snow clapped mountains.
- Enjoy hot lunch and explore the area. At night, the snow-clad mountain peaks shine bright as the moon, and you will clearly see Kedarkantha from your campsite.
- Overnight sleep at the tent.
Day 4 - SUMMIT DAY - KEDARKANTHA PEAK 12500 FEET

- Today is a long day trek up to the summit of Kedarkantha peak, The day begins early with a filling breakfast and enjoying the sunrise from the Kedarkantha meadows which is a simply amazing, pure and divine.
- sometimes you will find yourself in knee-deep snow.
ENJOY THE AMAZING VIEWS FROM KEDARKANTHA PEAK
- As the sun rises, you’ll see dramatic show of colours in the sky and the transformation leaves you speechless. One can relax at the top for some time and enjoy the magical beauty of nature.
- After spending some quality time at the peak we trek back to camping site in Hargaon. enjoy the snow slides while decending .
Day 5 - HARGAON / JUDA KA TALAB - SANKRI - DEHRADUN (BY TEMPO)

- Trek down through the thick forest of Pine and Maple trees and at some places you will have open views of the beautiful Har Ki Dun valley.

Gears :
- A Rucksack bag and a day pack during the trek
- Day pack + rain cover: Mandatory if you're offloading your backpack. It will hold your essentials like a water bottle, poncho, sunglasses, sunscreen, protein bars, Wallet, Power banks and anything else you might need for the day.
- 2-Litre re usable water bladder or bottle

- Glucose powder or ORSL-incase of dehydration Medicines for Headache,diarrhea,motion and altitude sickness

Personal Accessories :
- Toiletries: Sunscreen, moisturizer, lip balm, toilet paper,hand sanitizer, toothbrush &toothpaste, hand towel, soap/facewash, sanitary napkins/alternatives. AVOID CARRYING WET WIPES AS THEY'RE NOT BIODEGRADABLE. Carry a Ziplock bag to hold your used wet wipes and sanitary napkins(Do not litter)
Foot wear :
- Trekking shoes: NOT sports shoes or canvas shoes. Look for trekking shoes with high ankle support and good grip.Choose one size bigger for comfort.
- Slippers/ floaters: to wear in Homestay.
Clothing :
- A sun cap and a woolen cap
- UV protected sunglasses
- One cotton long sleeves and 2 short sleeve t-shirt 1 fleece jacket
- 2 pairs of thermals ( top&bottom)
- 1 heavy Thick jacket/down jacket
- 1 pair of gloves
- At least 2 long pants (trek pants and cargo pants are favorable)
- 4 sets of undergarments 2 pairs of socks
- A small towel
- A rain jacket or a poncho.

HOW TO REACH
To reach Dehradun from Hyderabad, you can:
1. Fly directly: Take a direct flight from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (HYD) to Jolly Grant Airport (DED), taking about 2.5-3 hours.
2. Connecting Flights: If direct flights aren't available, connect via Delhi.
3. Train Option: Board a train to Dehradun or Haridwar, taking 30-35 hours; then take a bus/taxi to Dehradun.
4. By Road: A long journey by car or bus, taking around 30-40 hours, but not the most convenient.
Flying is the quickest and most comfortable way.

- No Refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations. However,
Cancellation and postponements by organiser(s):
- MOW may decide to cancel the event if there are less than 8 travellers or due to external factors which are beyond our control, such as Natural Hazards like rains, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, Virus OutBreak, curfew, etc,
- The Team will inform you about alternate events. You can choose to switch to any other event for which seats are available or choose to cancel in this case, the full amount will be refunded(Transportation Cancellation charges will be deducted)
Cancellation policy by the traveler(YOU) :
- If you cancel 48 hours before the date of the event: No refund would be provided.
- Last-minute cancellations due to work, health issues, etc. would not be entertained and no refund or transfer shall be allowed for the same.
- No postponing your ticket to future events and no refund within 48 hours of the event start time.
- If you cancel 3-6days before the date of the event: you can transfer your tickets to your friends. We would be more than happy to have them on board and you could save your hard- earned money.
- If you cancel 7 days before the date of the event: 50 % of the full amount of the trip. (Payment gateway charges will be deducted).

References to “departure” and “arrival” mean the start date/time and end date/time of these arrangement. The term “organizer”, “lead”, “captain” refers to the person leading/managing the trip officially on behalf of Meet over the weekend. within the timeframe of the event.
