Embarking on the Kedarnath Yatra in 2024 offers devotees a profound spiritual journey to one of the holiest pilgrimage sites nestled amidst the majestic Himalayas. Located in the Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand, India, Kedarnath is revered as one of the twelve Jyotirlingas and holds immense significance in Hindu mythology and spirituality.

The journey to Kedarnath is not merely a physical pilgrimage but a spiritual odyssey, where devotees seek blessings, divine connection, and inner peace. Each year, thousands of pilgrims undertake this sacred journey, braving rugged terrains, unpredictable weather, and challenging conditions, driven by unwavering faith and devotion.

  • Bus will departure from Delhi after 10pm.
  • We will assist you with the places in Delhi(if you reach a day before)
  • Overnight to journey to Haridwar.

  • Board the private vehicle and Get ready to depart from Haridwar at around 6AM.
  • Take a Pit stop for Breakfast (self paid).
  • Enjoy the long ride by passing through Devprayag and Rudraprayag which continues till sonprayag/Guptkashi.
  • Reach there by 5-6pm,Enjoy hot serve dinner.
  • End for the day.

  • After breakfast we will start your journey around 2AM. to Gaurikund from Sonprayag. from Gaurikund our actual trek begins which is approximately 16km to Kedarnath temple.
  • This is a moderate level trek that requires good physical fitness.
  • Despite all the hardships, the beauty of this trek astounding. This valley is surrounded by glaciers and waterfalls. The cool breeze and the scenic views are heavenly.
  • You will forget all the worldly worries and your heart would be filled with sheer happiness in 10-12 hours i.e. at around 3p.m we shall reach Kedarnath and have our lunch.
  • Let your soul get drenched in the sacred vibes of prayers and let your spirituality take you to a different world of faith and divinity. It gets quite cold here at night. This night at the valley is a special one as you can feel the sacredness inside and outside of you .
  • Overnight stay at Tent stay on a sharing basis.

  • The morning prayers begin at 4a.m, you can see the beautiful golden rays of the rising sun falling on the temple.
  • once we are done with the Darshan we shall head back to Sonprayag. It will take around 6-7 hours for descending and reach Sonprayag.
  • After reaching back and having dinner, we rest with all the blessings in our heart.
  • Overnight stay in Sonprayag or Guptakashi.

  • After breakfast, with the feeling of completeness and contentment.
  • It will be a drive of 8-10 hours passing through Rudraprayag and Devprayag.
  • Reach Haridwar and board the bus to Delhi.
  • over night journey to Delhi .
  • Reach Delhi Next day and proceed to origin cities.

No Refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations. However,

CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENTS BY ORGANISER(S):

  • MOW may decide to cancel the event if there are less than 8 travellers or due to external factors which are beyond our control, such as Natural Hazards like rains, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, Virus OutBreak, curfew, etc,
  • The Team will inform you about alternate events. You can choose to switch to any other event for which seats are available or choose to cancel in this case, the full amount will be refunded(Transportation Cancellation charges will be deducted) On business days, the refund amount will be completed within two weeks. All relevant refunds will be made via bank transfer only to the traveler.

CANCELLATION POLICY BY THE TRAVELER(YOU) :

  • If you cancel 48 hours before the date of the event: No refund would be provided.
  • Last-minute cancellations due to work, health issues, etc. would not be entertained and no refund or transfer shall be allowed for the same.
  • No postponing your ticket to future events and no refund within 48 hours of the event start time.
  • If you cancel 3-6days before the date of the event: you can transfer your tickets to your friends. We would be more than happy to have them on board and you could save your hard-earned money.
  • If you cancel 7 days before the date of the event: 50 % of the full amount of the trip. (Payment gateway charges will be deducted). On business days, the refund amount will be completed within two weeks. All relevant refunds will be made via bank transfer only to the traveler.
