● Regardless of reason, cancellations are costly. To offset these costs, the following fees will apply. If you cancel, non- recoverable expenses of our suppliers will be charged, plus the following charges:

● The following will be charged on cancellation of a tour;

● Cancelled before 30 days & more no cancellation charges.

● Cancelled between 15-29 days 50% of total cost.

● Cancelled between 14 days or less & 75 % of total cost.

● Cancelled within 7 days 90% of total cost.

● Cancelled within 3 days 100% amount will be deducted.

● Any complaint is acceptable with in the period of Tour.

● If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control(ex.bad weather, government rule); we shall first try to offer alternative date for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced. If we don’t offer alternative date,we will refund all avoidable/refundable charges to your UA wallet.

● If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you.

● In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees. Other unavoidable charges such as hotel accommodations, cab bookings, Air tickets as per their policies.

• Age limit: 10+
• Our facilities are neat and basic, not luxurious
• The average level of fitness is required to participate in the trek. We will not be responsible if any participant is unable to get to the summit due to their own limitations.
• GoTribe shall not be responsible for any of your belongings, valuables, jewelry, etc.
• You agree to indemnify yourself for the risks involved in the outings varying from destinations to destinations.
• We have designated pick up and drop points, make your own arrangements of transports to the desired pick-up point accordingly.
• We may revise the Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted.
• Nammatrip is not responsible if any injuries or accidents occur during the event.
• Any client consuming alcohol, misbehaving, causing delay during the event will be terminated from the event without any prior warning and no refund will be given. Such clients should arrange their own transport to the way back, Nammatrip does not hold the responsibility of terminated clients.
• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and, in such cases, we will try to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
• If we cancel the event, we offer a full refund to all the participants.
• Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior at the venue.
