Day 2 - Athirapilly Falls - Alleppy Boat House

- 03:00 AM – Reach Base City & Get into a non-AC hired bus/ tempo.
- Start your journey early in the morning, heading towards Athirappilly Falls.
- Spend some time admiring the stunning waterfall. It’s often called the “Niagara of India” and is a great place for nature lovers. Have Breakfast near waterfalls.
- Move Further to Alleppey.
- Stop in Kochi for lunch. Enjoy traditional Kerala cuisine at a local restaurant.
- After lunch, continue to Marari Beach, which is near Alleppey. Take a stroll along the sandy shores and enjoy the serene atmosphere.
- Arrive in Alleppey and check into your houseboat by 05:00 PM. The boat will be anchored in the lake by night.
- Check into the boat house & get freshen up while we welcome you with Kerala-style tea.
- Enjoy a one-hour boat ride through the backwaters, followed by dinner onboard. The tranquil scenery and calm waters will be a highlight.
Day 3 - Alleppy to Munnar

- Wake up – 06:00 am.
- Start the day with a one-hour boat ride through the Alleppey backwaters. Finish breakfast and Check out by 09:00 AM
- Head towards Suryanelli, stopping at Munnar for lunch. This hill station is known for its tea gardens and scenic viewpoints. (Our Basecamp for kolukkumalai Peak).
- En route to Suryanelli, stop at Photo Point for breathtaking views and photo opportunities.
- Arrive at the campsite by evening. Welcome drink – Kolukkumalai Black Tea/ Tea
- Enjoy the Campfire followed by dinner. (Please note campfire is common to everyone at the campsite).
Note: 8 hours drive from Alleppey to Suryanelli. (200kms).
Day 4 - Experience the magical Sunrise at Kolukkumalai Peak

- 4:00 AM: Wake-up call.
- Black Hot Tea will be served in the morning.
- Start early at 04:30 AM for a jeep safari to Kolukkumalai Peak. Witness the sunrise from this breathtaking location.
- Explore Tiger Point.
- Return to the campsite for refreshing up & Indulge in a Kerala special breakfast.
- Check out from the campsite and move towards Munnar for sightseeing.
- Visit the following spots: Elephant Camp, Mattupetti Dam, and Echo Point.
- Check into your accommodation.
- Explore local shopping for chocolates, coffee, and tribal toys, Munnar specials for your loved ones.
- End of the day, for a restful night’s sleep.
Day 5 - Tea Museum and Board the train

- 6:00 AM – Wake up call and start the day early with a visit to a tea factory to learn about tea production.
- finish breakfast at Munnar only.
- Begin the journey back to Coimbatore, with lunch in between. Arrive in Coimbatore in time for your train departure. Overnight journey by SL class train
- Reach your origin on the next day afternoon.

Policy and more
No Refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations. However,
CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENTS BY ORGANISER(S):
- MOW may decide to cancel the event if there are less than 8 travellers or due to external factors which are beyond our control, such as Natural Hazards like rains, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, Virus OutBreak, curfew, etc,
- The Team will inform you about alternate events. You can choose to switch to any other event for which seats are available or choose to cancel in this case, the full amount will be refunded(Transportation Cancellation charges will be deducted) On business days, the refund amount will be completed within two weeks. All relevant refunds will be made via bank transfer only to the traveler.
CANCELLATION POLICY BY THE TRAVELER(YOU) :
- If you cancel 48 hours before the date of the event: No refund would be provided.
- Last-minute cancellations due to work, health issues, etc. would not be entertained and no refund or transfer shall be allowed for the same.
- No postponing your ticket to future events and no refund within 48 hours of the event start time.
- If you cancel 3-6days before the date of the event: you can transfer your tickets to your friends. We would be more than happy to have them on board and you could save your hard-earned money.
- If you cancel 7 days before the date of the event: 50 % of the full amount of the trip. (Payment gateway charges will be deducted). On business days, the refund amount will be completed within two weeks. All relevant refunds will be made via bank transfer only to the traveler.

Booking Confirmation:
- Your seat will be confirmed only after receiving full payment.
- Partial payments are not considered bookings.
Cancellation Policy:
- No refund will be provided if cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the trip.
- 50% refund if cancelled between 7 days before the event.
- In case of trip cancellation from the organizer’s side (due to unforeseen situations like weather conditions, political unrest, low participation, etc.), a full refund will be provided (transportation cancellation charges applicable).
Trip Itinerary Changes:
- The itinerary is subject to change based on weather, road conditions, and other external factors.
- Trip captains have full authority to modify the plan to ensure participant safety

- Transportation provided will be as per the group size and based on availability.
- Seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Behaviour and Discipline:

Liability:
- MeetOverTheWeekend (MOW) is not responsible for any personal injuries, loss of belongings, or damage during the trip.
- Participants must take full responsibility for their personal belongings throughout the journey
Medical Conditions:
- Participants with any medical conditions must inform the organisers in advance
- It is advised to carry personal medication if required.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation will be provided on a sharing basis (triple/quad sharing, unless specified otherwise).
- Accommodation will be arranged separately for men and women. If you require a couple-sharing room, kindly inform the team in advance to make necessary arrangements.
Travel Insurance:
- Travel insurance is not included unless specifically mentioned.
- Participants are advised to carry valid identity proof.
Environmental Responsibility:
- Participants are expected to respect nature and avoid littering during the trip.
- Kindly use the dustbins and avoid using single-use plastics.
