Kuduremukha Trek Tour distance – 18kms

 Difficulty – moderate to difficult

Kudremukha is the name of a mountain range and an individual mountain peak located in Chikmagaluru district, in Karnataka, India.

Belur Temple is an exquisite example of Hoysala architecture. The Chennakeshava Temple in Belur took over a hundred years to complete. The temple in Belur was constructed using soapstone.

Embark on the Kuduremukha Trek Tour, a journey to the 3rd highest peak in Karnataka standing at an elevation of 1894 meters. Kudremukha, which translates to ‘horse’s face’ in Kannada, is home to diverse flora and fauna. While trekking, you may encounter deer, peacocks, and other wildlife amidst the picturesque rolling green hills and misty valleys. The trail winds through grasslands and forests, with highlights including enchanting waterfalls and tranquil streams. Be prepared to traverse these natural wonders, even if it means getting your shoes wet along the way.

Embrace the moment completely at every turn, even if it means wading across small streams and allowing the grass that has been touched by dew to brush against your ankles. Every moment in Kudremukha is an invitation to experience the unadulterated, unadulterated splendor of nature.
