All the places of interests and attractions mentioned in the itinerary is subject to weather, political conditions in the destination. 9. In case of non-availability of rooms, you will be accommodated in other hotels of a similar category. 10. Valid photo identity card (Passport / Driving License / Voter ID card) is mandatory. 11. Vehicle will be provided on point to point and not at disposal as per the itinerary. 12. All permits, tolls and parking charges. 13. Inner Line Permits, Wildlife Fees, Red Cross Fees & Environmental charges. 14. The above given prices are subject to change without prior notice. 15. The quotation is based on Standard room of individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest. 16. Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking. 17. There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.

1.Cost occurring due to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancel due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks or any factors caused by force majeure.

5. Rafting and taxi cost related to rafting. 6. Any increase in fuel cost, government taxes, entrance fees, intra and interstate taxes etc, the tour price will be amended in accordance. 7. Expenses of personal in nature. 8. Any tips and commission payable on the spot. 9. Entry to wildlife protected areas. 10. Entry to historical monuments, monasteries and museums. 11. Any item not mentioned in inclusions. 12. Expenses of personal nature viz, tips, porterage, room service, laundry, mineral water, alcoholic or non alcoholic beverages. 13. Expenses of phone calls, additional sightseeing tours and excursions not included in the itinerary, still or video camera fees etc. 14. Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in form cash/money/alternative services

More than 30 days prior to arrival, 25% of the total cost payable per person. Between 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total cost payable per person. Less than 15 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total cost payable per person.
