The Leh-Ladakh bike tour begins with your arrival in Leh, where you acclimatize and explore the local market. - Cost of any spare part which will be used due to the accidental damage incurred when the motorbike is in rider’s possession.
- In case Motorbike is dropped on the way - The cost incurred to transfer/tow, vehicle servicing or maintenance cost.
- Any lunch and other meals not mentioned in package inclusions
- Security deposit per motorbike of Rs. 10,000/- for accidental damages or dropping back the bike in case you leave the bike in between the route before the end date of the trip.
- Parking, Monastery, and Monument entry fees during sightseeing.
- Any cost incurred due to extension, change of itinerary due to natural calamities, road, blocks, vehicle breakdown, union issues, and factors beyond our control

HOW TO REACH
By Air:
- Flight: The easiest and quickest way to reach Leh is by air. Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport (Leh Airport) is well-connected to major Indian cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, and Srinagar. Regular flights operate from these cities to Leh.

Policy and Terms
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations regarding the initial booking amount.
- Cancellation fees will apply as follows:
- Cancellations made 30 days before the trip's start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the trip cost.
- Cancellations made between 15-30 days before the trip's start date will incur a 75% cancellation fee of the trip cost.
- Cancellations made within 0-15 days before the trip's start date will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the trip cost.
- In the event of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions leading to activity cancellations, the operator will endeavor to provide alternative feasible activities.
- However, no refunds will be granted for canceled activities due to these circumstances.
Terms and Conditions
- In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS..
- The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
- Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
- In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
- We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
- The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
- The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).
