Day 1: Varanasi Arrival & Kumbh Mela

  • Arrival at Varanasi Airport and transfer to Prayagraj for the Kumbh Mela.
  • Visit Sita Samahit Sthal (birthplace of Luv & Kush).
  • Check-in at Kumbh Mela accommodation (Hotel/Tent).
  • Evening: Participate in religious discussions, meet saints, enjoy devotional singing, and explore the diversity of Hinduism.
  • Overnight at Kumbh Mela accommodation.

Day 2: Holy Bath at Sangam & Varanasi

  • Early morning holy dip at Sangam (confluence of Ganges, Yamuna, Sarasvati).
  • Return for breakfast and check-out.
  • Drive to Varanasi, en-route visit Sita Samahit Sthal.
  • Evening: Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat.
  • Overnight in Varanasi.

Day 3: Varanasi Boat Ride & Sarnath

  • Early morning boat ride on the Ganges to visit Dashaswamedh Ghat, Man Mandir Ghat, and Manikarnika Ghat.
  • Visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Mata Annapurna Temple.
  • Post-breakfast: Excursion to Sarnath (Buddhist pilgrimage site).
  • Departure for Varanasi Airport.

We understand that plans can change. Please review the cancellation policy for this itinerary to ensure a smooth experience if any changes are needed:

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip start date: Full refund, minus a small processing fee of 10% of the total booking amount.

  • Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the trip start date: 50% refund of the total booking amount.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the trip start date: No refund, as your booking will have secured various pre-paid experiences.

  • No-shows: No refunds will be issued for no-shows or failure to arrive on the trip start date.

Please note: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. If your booking includes any special activities or accommodations, additional cancellation fees may apply per provider policy.

 

TripRowers Booking Policy

  1. Booking Confirmation

    • 30% deposit required at booking; higher deposits may apply for certain trips.
    • Balance due 15 days (domestic) or 30 days (international) before departure.
    • Bookings made close to departure (within 20 days domestic, 45 days international) require full payment.
  2. Late Payments

    • Late payment may result in cancellation and loss of deposit; grace periods may be available.
  3. Payment Methods

    • Accepted methods: bank transfer, credit/debit card, online gateways; all payments in INR.
  4. Price Changes

    • Prices may vary due to availability and exchange rates; prices are locked once fully paid.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Domestic Trips

    • 30+ days before departure: 30% cancellation fee.
    • 15-29 days before: 50% fee.
    • Less than 15 days: no refund.
  2. International Trips

    • 45+ days before departure: 30% fee.
    • 30-44 days before: 50% fee.
    • Less than 30 days: no refund.
  3. Refunds

    • Processed within 7-10 business days; non-refundable items include visas, certain airfare, and service fees.
  4. TripRowers-Initiated Cancellations

    • Force Majeure: refund or credit note offered.
    • Insufficient group size: alternative trip/date or full refund.

Amendments & Itinerary Changes

  • Client-Initiated Changes: Notify us 20 days (domestic) or 30 days (international) before departure; fees may apply.
  • TripRowers-Initiated Changes: Alternatives provided when necessary; changes kept minimal.

General Terms

  • Travel Documents: Clients are responsible for passports, visas, and meeting health requirements.
  • Accommodation & Transfers: Check-in/out times and punctuality are required to avoid disruptions.
  • Liability: TripRowers is not responsible for third-party services or force majeure events.
  • Insurance: Strongly recommended for cancellations, medical issues, and trip interruptions.
