Malvan is a town and taluka in Sindhudurg District, the southernmost district of Maharashtra State, India, well known for the historically important Sindhudurg Fort. Malvan has become a major tourist attraction due its clean beaches, historical monuments, tasty food/sea food options, various affordable water sports, etc. Due to its relatively clear sea waters, Malvan serves as a perfect spot for scuba diving (done mostly with surface oxygen supply) and snorkeling. Near the outer walls of Sindhudurg fort one can see lots of live corals and colorful marine life under the sea.Dive deep and enjoy the blue seas. But wait for its not just scuba! , there are many more thrilling water sports waiting for you. Parasailing, Banana Ride, Sofa ride, Jet Ski Ride.

Had an amazing trip. The local food was delicious. The people are extremely welcoming and treat you well. The overall experience was very good. The only thing which I could suggest is that the washrooms could have been cleaner. Overall enjoyed it :)
