Inclusions

• • Entire travel as per the itinerary

• • 6 meals will be provided throughout the trip (From Dinner on Day 2 to Breakfast on Day 5)

• • Accommodation for a 2-night stay in a luxurious hotel in Manali & 1-night stay at camping/ hotel in Kasol.

• • Pick up and drop from Delhi or Chandigarh.

• • Music night & bonfire.

• • All toll, taxes & parking charges.

Exclusions

• • 5% GST

• • Expenses related to personal nature.

• • Anything not mentioned in the itinerary

• • Any permit or entry tickets for viewpoint

• • Any cost arising due to natural/Uncontrollable factors which are not in the hands of the management

Policy and Terms

No Refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations. However,

• • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• • In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

Terms and Conditions

• • Slots at the premises will be confirmed only after receipt of full payment.

• • Management accepts no responsibility for injuries or the loss/theft of any personal property during the tour.

• • In case of any breakdown or in delay due to the breakdown of the transport on the way, you would have to wait until the transport gets repaired.

• • "Tripgix" is not responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, weather conditions, landslides, political closure, or any untoward incident.

• • Tripgix is not responsible for any delay in reaching the destination due to traffic, sightseeing/activities of the day may get canceled if we don't reach the destination on time.

• • Please cooperate with us in keeping the environment clean and safe.

• • Registrations/Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, canceled, or refunded. Enjoy the trip, respect others, and have a memorable. experience.

• • Tripgix and its organizers strictly prohibit the utilization of any Narcotics and Banned Substances during the tours and would not be responsible for any adversities due to the same. Weapons, Fireworks, and toxic substances are not allowed on this tour Management would not be responsible for any person who has been found guilty under Indian Law.

• • The organizers reserve the right to evict any traveler anytime without any refund if his/her actions violate any camp rules or in case of any misbehavior with other co-travelers.

• • Tripgix is not responsible for your whereabouts or safety if are outside the accommodation premises.

• • Any Loss to the accommodation materials such as tents, pillows, mattresses or any property belonging to the premises will is subject to full payment of Product MRP

• • Tripgix won't be responsible for any loss or damage of Goods belonging to the travelers. All guests must carry a Govt issued Valid ID Card.

• • The availability of hot water is not promised.

• • In quad sharing, one double bed and an extra mattress will be given.
