• Before 45 days of trip, there will be 10% cancellation charge

  Before 30 days and within 44 days of arrival, there will be 25% cancellation charge

  Before 15 days and within 29 days of arrival ,there will be 50% cancellation charge

  Within 14 days of trip there will be 100% cancellation charges

  Note that the cancellation charge is on the trip amount. All this been said if you or me can find a replacement for the slot. I will be happy to refund the entire amount. 🙂

• No refund shall be made with respect to the initial advance booking amount.
• No cancellations will be taken over call or whatsApp msg. Please reply in email with payment receipt that you have received at the time of booking.
• No Show . No refund.
• If remaining payment is not received 7 days before  the event start date, Your slot is assumed to be cancelled. 
• Incase of government orders, harsh weather conditions , protests , landslides or any other unforeseen circumstances , we work out the best possible alternate plans or trips/treks. At times even certain activities are cancelled , the organisation provides the best alternate but no refunds are provided.
• If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh etc.), Offbeat Compass will issue a trek voucher for the full amount and if possible will provide an alternate trek. The voucher can be redeemed upto same amount for the same trek or another trek in the next 365 days from the trek departure date.
• If a trek or trip cannot be completed due to natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh etc.). No refund would be provided.
• Any extra expense coming due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, Train Cancellations etc.), Will be beared by customer. Offbeat Compass will not be liable.

• OffbeatCompass strictly prohibits the use of narcotics and banned substances during its tours. The company will not be responsible for any harm or adversities caused by such usage.
• The use of weapons, fireworks, and toxic substances is strictly prohibited during the tour. OffbeatCompass will not be responsible for any person who violates Indian law.
• OffbeatCompass reserves the right to evict any traveler from the tour if their actions violate our terms & conditions or if they exhibit misbehavior towards co-travelers. No refunds will be given in such cases
• Any loss or damage to camping or hotel or transport materials, such as tents, pillows, mattresses, or any property belonging to the campsite, hotel, or transfer vehicle, will be subject to full payment of the product MRP.
• OffbeatCompass will not be responsible for any loss or damage to goods belonging to the travelers.
• All guests must carry a valid government-issued ID card.
• If you plan to bring guests from outside, you must notify us in advance
• The availability of hot water cannot be guaranteed.
• Your slot will only be confirmed after the receipt of full payment.
• OffbeatCompass accepts no responsibility for any injuries or loss/theft of personal property during the tour.
• In case of any breakdown or delay due to the breakdown of transport during the journey, you may have to wait until the transport is repaired. We will not provide backup transport.
• OffbeatCompass is not responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or for any indirectly incurred expenses due to natural hazards, accidents, weather conditions, landslides, political closures, or any untoward incidents.
• OffbeatCompass is not responsible for any delay in reaching the destination due to traffic. Sightseeing or activities of the day may be canceled if we do not reach the destination on time. The trip organizer/coordinator has the right to change the itinerary as per the onthe-spot condition.
• Please cooperate with us in keeping the environment clean and safe.
• Registrations/tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, canceled, or refunded.
• We expect all travelers to enjoy the trip, respect others, and have a memorable experience.
