- Cover a distance of approximately 9 kilometers through the tunnel, then continue towards Telling village on the Manali-Leh highway.
- Cross the majestic Baralacha Pass, situated at an elevation of 4890 meters, before arriving at Sarchu.
- Sarchu is located at an altitude of 14000 feet, where oxygen levels differ significantly from lower altitude areas.

- Royal Enfield Himalayan motorcycle provided with fuel for the entire trip based on the itinerary (Bikes are not for personal use during the tour).
- Delhi to Manali Volvo tickets included.
- Accommodation provided on a double sharing basis, including hotels, camps, and guest houses.
- Breakfast and dinner included, served as set menu meals starting from dinner on Day 2 and ending with breakfast on Day 11.
- Dedicated tour leader accompanies the group throughout the tour as per the itinerary.
- Mechanic available for the entire tour as per the itinerary.
- Backup vehicle provided for luggage transportation (One rucksack and small backpack allowed per person; trolley bags/suitcases not permitted).
- Helmets for rider and pillion, riding gloves for the rider, knee and elbow guards for both rider and pillion (used gears provided; riders encouraged to carry their own riding gears).
- Portable oxygen cylinders available during the entire tour, along with a first aid kit.
- Inner line permits and restricted area permits for the Ladakh region included.
- GST (Goods and Services Tax) at 5% is already included in the package.
Exclusions
- International and domestic flight tickets are not included.
- Visa charges are not included.
- Medical or travel insurance is not included; clients are advised to arrange their own insurance.
- Personal damages or accidental damages to the motorcycle are not included; clients are responsible for any such costs during the tour.
- Expenses for alcohol, tips, room service, or any items not mentioned in the inclusions are not included.
- Lunch or any meals not mentioned in the inclusions are not included.
- Any additional costs due to weather conditions, local disturbances, etc., will be borne by the client, including the cost of extra days on the spot.
- Refundable security deposit of Rs7,500/- per bike is required.
- Sightseeing entrance fees and parking fees as per the itinerary are not included and need to be paid separately.

- Cancellation done before 30 days – 25% of the package cost will be deducted
- Cancellation done 29 to 15 days – 50% of the package cost will be deducted
- Cancellation done before 14 to 7 days - 75% of the package cost will be deducted

Terms and Conditions
- A valid driving license is compulsory for all riders.
- Hotel check-in time will begin after 11 am, subject to availability. Early check-in depends on hotel policies.
- Any damages to the motorcycle will be the responsibility of the participant and must be paid on the spot to continue the tour.
- Drugs and alcohol are strictly prohibited during the ride. Motorcycle Escapades reserves the right to terminate participants without refund if found in violation.
- Bike keys will be collected by the lead rider or mechanic after each day's ride to ensure proper maintenance.
- Breakfast and dinner will be provided as per the itinerary's set menu. Any additional orders or non-veg food availability depends on the hotel and may incur extra charges.
- Hotels mentioned in the itinerary will remain unchanged, but in case of issues, similar category alternatives will be provided.
- Hot water availability may vary in certain remote locations like Sarchu, Nubra, and Pangong Lake.
- Participants are responsible for alternate accommodation costs in case of tour interruptions due to weather, landslides, or local issues.
- Motorcycle Escapades may revise the day-wise program without prior notice due to unforeseen conditions during the tour.
- Participants are responsible for additional pickup truck costs in case of accidents or damage requiring transportation of the bike.
- Luggage size limited to one rucksack and small backpack per person. No trolley bags or suitcases are allowed.
