It’s known for its mild climate and well-preserved colonial architecture. Motor vehicles are banned and many visitors arrive by narrow-gauge railway on the 1907 Neral–Matheran Toy Train. The Panorama Point lookout offers views across the mountains of the Western Ghats. Louisa Point has views of waterfalls and the ancient Prabal Fort. The Place is known for flora and fauna, bio diversity and a perfect place to spend time with nature. The most awesome points to explore near the place are Garbett Point, Alexander Point. The amazing part is; one can visit Matheran at any time like for soothing experience in summers, cozy stay in winters and most scenic experience for waterfalls in rainy season. HOW TO REACH
From Pune and Mumbai : Take a bus/train till Karjat. From Karjat take a bus/train till Neral. From Neral take a toy train till Matheran (Not Running during corona) or take private vehicle till Matheran start point from Neral. Take toy train (cost Rs. 45 for 2nd class; Rs. 300 for 1st class) from Matheran entry point till Matheran Market. Horse Riding option is also available from Matheran Entry point to market point. (around Rs. 600 per head)

All cancellations will be entertained only through mail request to [email protected] with subject line as follows along with UPI Id or no. and/or bank account details. ‘Booking Cancellation | (Event Name) | (Batch Date) | (Booking Name) | (Booking Amount) Cancellation requests only through mail will be accepted. Cancellation requests over whatsapp, verbally or through any other channel than mail will not be entertained. Refund will be generated in 3 to 5 working days based as per below policy Cancellation before 24 hrs. 20% refund of event ticket price. Cancellation before 48 hrs. 50% refund of event ticket price. Cancellation before 72 hrs. 80% refund of event ticket price. Cancellation before 96 hrs. 100% refund of event ticket price. No cancellation request will be entertained between the window of event time and till 24 hours. ( Last Day before start of Event ) Irrespective of booking time and date, cancellation policy will remain the same (even in case of last day bookings etc.) In case of partial payments, total event ticket price will be taken into consideration and not the amount paid. In case the event is cancelled by organisers due to any unavoidable reason full refund will be initiated. If the event gets cancelled completely or partially after departure time due to natural calamities or by things which are out of control; no refund will be initiated. Sand2Mountain holds all rights to alter/change cancellation policy at any point of time as per situation demands.
