Day 1 - Start from Hyderabad

- Boarding at Origin city and Drive to base city – Overnight Jounrey
- Get ready to depart from Hyderabad at around 09:00 pm.
- Assemble at the boarding point and start your night journey towards base city.
Day 2 - Lohagad

- Wakeup and get freshen up in the train, reach lonavala and finish breakfast.
- Further to LOHAGAD fort.
- Start hiking towards top.The trek to Lohagad Fort is visually delightful. Visiting on a perfect day, a cool breeze will follow you, and the lush greenery in the surrounding will invite newcomers to stay longer than expected.
- Descend back and finish lunch.
- Move further to campsite. Couple of basic washrooms available. Stay is necessity not Luxury.
- Done for the day and have good dinner at Campsite & its good night.
Day 3 - Local Sight-seeing - Matheran

- Wake up early morning to witness an amazing lush greenery all around.
- Further to Nearby sightseeings , Lonavala Often called the ‘Jewel of Sahyadri’ and the’City of Caves’, this hill station boasts of a spectacular setting that includes lush green valleys, stunning waterfalls, serene lakes and remarkable caves.
Move to Matheran – Over night stay at Matheran
- Proceed further to Matheran Hill station . Ghat roads and views above the clouds makes you feel amazing
- Reach matheran and walk towards our stay (Matheran is one of the very few places in the world that do not allow any vehicles at all, so the moment you step into this little town, you will be transported back to an idyllic old-world era of red-soiled roads, automobile-free pathways, and lush green hills all around. The cold breeze and the fresh air devoid of pollution)
- check-in to stay and get freshen up. Roam in and around the hill station.
- Have food and End of the day
Day 4 - Matheran Hill Station

- Wakeup and get freshen up and finish breakfast.
- Proceed to sightseeings by Horse(self paid) if you want you can walk and enjoy the beautiful nature.
- Explore ( Charlotte lake – king george view point -Edward view point – Echo point – Monkey point).
- Finish lunch and say bubye to Matheran
- Head back to the base railway station and board the train .

No Refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations. However,
CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENTS BY ORGANISER(S):
MOW may decide to cancel the event if there are less than 8 travellers or due to external factors which are beyond our control, such as Natural Hazards like rains, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, Virus OutBreak, curfew, etc,
The Team will inform you about alternate events. You can choose to switch to any other event for which seats are available or choose to cancel in this case, the full amount will be refunded(Transportation Cancellation charges will be deducted) On business days, the refund amount will be completed within two weeks. All relevant refunds will be made via bank transfer only to the traveler.
CANCELLATION POLICY BY THE TRAVELER(YOU) :
If you cancel 48 hours before the date of the event: No refund would be provided.
Last-minute cancellations due to work, health issues, etc. would not be entertained and no refund or transfer shall be allowed for the same.
No postponing your ticket to future events and no refund within 48 hours of the event start time.
If you cancel 3-6days before the date of the event: you can transfer your tickets to your friends. We would be more than happy to have them on board and you could save your hard-earned money.
If you cancel 7 days before the date of the event: 50 % of the full amount of the trip. (Payment gateway charges will be deducted). On business days, the refund amount will be completed within two weeks. All relevant refunds will be made via bank transfer only to the traveler.

The following booking conditions stand as the basis of your contract with Meet over the weekend. (“we”, “us”, MOW and “our”). By confirming your booking, you agree that you had the opportunity to read and have read these terms and conditions, agree to them in full.
These booking conditions apply to all trip arrangements made by us which we agree to provide or perform through our listed inclusions and exclusions for every event as part of our contract with you. All references in these conditions to “trip”, “trek”, “booking”, “event” or “arrangements” mean such trip arrangements for the trip on the booked dates unless otherwise stated. References to “departure” and “arrival” mean the start date/time and end date/time of these arrangement. The term “organizer”, “lead”, “captain” refers to the person leading/managing the trip officially on behalf of Meet over the weekend. within the timeframe of the event.
