Also known as ‘Little Lhasa’, McLeod Ganj is one of the most loved and sought-after hill stations in Himachal Pradesh. Just around 3 km away from Dharamshala, McLeod Ganj is not just famous for its stunning landscapes, but also for being home to the Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama. Get a taste of the Tibetan culture as there is a major community of Tibetans settled in the town.
The next stop is Bir. Although known as the ‘Paragliding Capital of India’, Bir has other options for adventure sports as well, like hand gliding, mountain biking, trekking, etc. Apart from adrenaline junkies, the town is also loved by nature lovers for its lush green fields and mesmerizing snow-capped mountains.

Everyone is expected to assemble at goSTOPS Delhi in the evening. Your overnight journey to McLeod Ganj starts in a private vehicle in Delhi. On arrival, check in to the hostel— goSTOPS McLeod Ganj. After freshening up, you will be visiting Bhagsunag Waterfall and Bhagsunag Temple which is around 3 km away from the town. Stop by the Namgyal Monastery and spend the evening exploring the local market and cafes for some delicious local food. There will be an overnight stay at goSTOPS McLeod Ganj.

Check out of the hostel after breakfast and leave for Bir. One the way, you will be visiting monasteries and local markets for shopping, along with trying local and Tibetan cuisines at cafes and restaurants. On arrival, check in to the hostel— goSTOPS Bir and pick a spot to enjoy the stunning sunset view. There will be an overnight stay at goSTOPS Bir.

After a scrumptious breakfast, set yourself up for an early morning hike to the nearest waterfall. Spend some time there and after a while, proceed to the paragliding site and enjoy the thrill of flying. After returning to the hostel, relax for a while and then explore the cafes in Bir. Start your journey back to Delhi by evening. You will arrive in Delhi early in the morning where the trip will end.
