- You can book your seats online by paying an advance or the full amount. Our Tripcat Captain will send a reminder for any pending balance on the day of the journey.
- All pending payments must be completed by 2:00 PM on the day of departure. Failure to settle the balance after three reminders may result in cancellation of your reservation.
- Cancellations made after 2:00 PM on the journey day will incur charges for the total booking amount, covering all reserved seats.
Cancellations :
- Cancellation made within 48 hours of departure: No refund or rescheduling available.
- Cancellation made before 48 hours of departure: 50% cancellation fee applies.
The trip is subject to confirmation, and we require a minimum of 10 people booked for the trip to proceed. Rest assured, if there is a cancellation from our end, you will receive an immediate and complete refund.
