Munsiyari is a hill station and lies at the base of the great Himalayan mountain range, at an elevation of about 2,200 m (7,200 ft)[1] and is a starting point of various treks into the interior of the range. Also we will cover Pithoragarh, Madkot Hot water springs, Khaliya top ,Chaukori and in last Patal Bhuvneshwar.

Day 1 - Overnight Journey to Pithoragarh
Bus (Tempo traveller)
Overnight Journey to Joshimath at 9 Pm. It will be a journey of approx 14-15 hrs (500kms)
Day 2 - Reach Pithoragarh
Waterfall

Dinner
Reach Pithoragarh by afternoon and check in at hotel . Take rest and get freshen up and leave for local sightseeing in Pithoragarh . Visit Photogenic view points of Pithoragarh and waterfall by eve reach back to Hotel and have dinner .
Day 3 - Travel to Munsiyari

After Breakfast leave for Munsiyari . It will be a drive of 6 hrs.Enroute witness the Hot water spring in Madkot Spend leisure time in Madkot and leave for Munsiyari. Reach Munsiyari by evening and check in at Hotel . Dinner at hotel
Day 4 - Khaliya Top Trek

After breakfast checkout from Hotel and leave for Khaliya top trek . Its a trek of 4 kms one side and will take approx 6-7 hrs. Witness the mesmerizing view of Himalayas from Khaliya Top. Reach back to Tempo traveler and board for Chaukori. Chaukori is a hill station in the Pithoragarh district set among the lofty peaks of the western Himalayan Range in the Kumaon Division of Uttarakhand, India. Reach Chaukori by evening and check in at hotel with dinner at stay.

After breakfast leave for Patal Bhuvneshwar. Patal Bhuvaneshwar (Hindi पाताल भुवनेश्वर) is a limestone cave temple 14 km from Gangolihat in the Pithoragarh district of Uttarakhand state in India. It is located in the village of Bhubneshwar. Legend and folklore have it that this cave enshrines Lord Shiva and thirty three koti demigods [33 types and not crore]. The cave is 160 m long and 90 feet deep from the point of entrance. After visit to Patal Bhuvneshwar we will leave for our return Journey to Delhi. It will be approx. 14-15 hrs jounrey.
Day 6 - Arrival at Delhi
Reach Delhi by morning around 7-8 Am . Trip concludes here with lot of sweet memories

I had the opportunity to go with JB for the Winter Spiti Ride 2020. It was wonderfully planned and executed. I started my Journey on 9 oct from Rishikesh towards Tungnath-Chandrashila Trek with Mr. Shaim and other members of the group. We have so much fun together all thanks to our Guide Shaim. Okay..so I booked this trip from Journey basket for Chopta. Didn’t expect much from it in the beginning as I’m a traveller and like to explore new hiking destinations myself. However, to my surprise, Journey basket just flipped the perception for me. It went great and I enjoyed every bit of it.
The camps were nice and spacious with good hygiene. They were well equipped with warm beddings considering the December winters.
Our tour coordinators Pankaj, Gaurav and Ayush Balli managed the group pretty well with various group activities to indulge every individual.
We did two treks - Tungnath temple and Doriyatal trek. Treks were an ultimate fun and an amazing experience!!
Well, the best is yet to come.. Journey Basket had arranged an amazing New Years Party with DJ and dance.. One couldn’t expect much !!

Terms and Conditions
Cost and consequences arising due to any force majeure situations including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances like; natural calamities, political disturbance, health issues,roads block, things beyond our control etc. will have to be borne by the guest.
There will be additional charges for the passengers would like to stay back at the destination or transit. Any changes in itinerary or upgrade in camps will be charged extra, over and above the given cost (which will be informed to the customer in advance for final acceptance and payment).
We do not allow drinking during the travel mode in the bus. Anyone found drunk at the time of boarding will be refused entry and no amount will be refundable.
Journey Basket also reserves the right to discontinue your trip at any point on the grounds of misconduct. Such persons are strictly prohibited. AC will be switched off on hill and during waiting time. This is for travelers safety as route can be dangerous and vehicle may not be able to pull off load with AC running.

Q. 1 How long it will take to reach Pithoragarh? Ans: It usually takes 14-16 hrs but it totally depends on weather conditions and road conditions. It may take more time due to Landslides and road maintenance enroute.
Q.2 What is the Duration of Khaliya Top Trek?
Ans. It is trek of approx 4kms one side. And it takes 8-9 hrs approx go n fro but it depends on the speed of the group.
Q.3 Will there be electricity in Munisyari?
Ans. Yes
Q.4 What will be the transportation and how comfortable will it be?
Ans. Transportation is by Tempo Traveler which is comfortable as it has got Pushback seats ,music system etc. Although due to narrow roads of Munsiyari there is no other alternative option to reach except small vehicles.
Q.5 How will be the stay ? Ans. Stays will be good with proper bedding facilities and attached washroom in every single location. Food will be basic but hygenic and delicious

Ans. Yes we will cross border and visit Nepal Market In Dharchula.
