Located in the Kudremukh forest range, the trek to Netravathi Peak is one of the lesser-known yet one of the most beautiful adventurous tourist destinations. Traverse the verdant lush green forests of Western Ghats and you might also spot Sambar Deers, Bisons, and Bears. Start the journey from Banglore, stay in camps, savor the delicious meals, and have fun on the trek with your companions.
On Friday, Get picked up in Bangalore from the following points and start your Netravathi trekking tour.
- Indiranagar
- Domlur
- Yeshwantpur
- Goragunte Palya
After the pickups we will take a short dinner break and continue our overnight journey to Netravathi.
- On the first day of your Netravathi trek, on the way visit Samse Tea Estate.
- Reach Kudremukha Base, en route to Homestay in an adventurous jeep ride.
- Reach Homestay, freshen up, and have breakfast.
- By 10:00 AM, visit Somavathi Falls & enjoy the mesmerizing beauty of the waterfall and calm your soul.
- Return to Homestay and have lunch.
- By 2.00 PM, visit Bamikonda Viewpoint.
- Enjoy the bonfire (depending on the weather)
- Have the lip-smacking dinner and retire for the night.
- On the Second day of your Netravathi trek, you will wake up in the morning.
- After having breakfast.
- By 07:00 AM, we will start trekking to the top of Netravathi Peak which is around 12 KM both ways.
- En route to the peak, have lunch midway.
- Once we reach the top, all of us can enjoy the relishing view of the serenity the peak has to offer.
- Return to the base camp around 04:00 PM after a trek to Netravathi.
- By 06.00 PM start from homestay and head towards Bengaluru.
- Have a self-sponsored dinner on the way.
- Return to Bangalore around 05:00 AM and get back home with splendid memories
