- 5:00 PM - Check-in: Arrive at the campsite and get settled into your cozy tents, with a warm welcome and an introduction to the itinerary.
- 6:30 PM - Outbound Games: Enjoy fun team-bonding games to connect with fellow campers and kickstart the evening with laughter and camaraderie.
- 8:30 PM - Dinner: Relish a delectable spread of dinner options in a scenic outdoor setting.
- 9:30 PM - Live DJ Party: Groove to the beats of a live DJ under the starlit sky and revel in the energy as you welcome the New Year.
- 12:30 AM - Bonfire: Gather around the bonfire for peaceful moments, meaningful conversations, or simply soaking in the serene ambiance.

- 8:15 AM - Trek to the Viewpoint: Embark on a scenic trek to the Ananthagiri Hills viewpoint, soaking in breathtaking vistas and capturing unforgettable moments.

Policy and more
- If the cancellation is made 5 days before of the event (i.e. any day on or before Dec 26th 2024) , the advance of ₹1000 per person will be credited to the HAC wallet. This amount can be reused for any booking within a year.
- The cancellation message must be in writing and sent to any official HAC's WhatsApp number (+91 8897331212; +91 6309431212; +91 8897332109) to mark the date and time of cancellation.
- No refunds will be provided for any cancellations made on or after Dec 27th 2024
Terms and Conditions
- Excessive Alcohol drinking is prohibited, and need to maintain composure at all times.
- If anyone disturbs the decorum, HAC team has the right to remove them from the premises.
- Drugs or any illegal substances are strictly prohibited
- Need to maintain low noise levels between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM. Respect everyone's need for a good night's rest.
- Do not litter and ensure proper waste disposal. Maintain the pristine condition of the surroundings.
- Keep bathrooms clean and tidy. Leave them in the same condition as you found them.
- Needs to compensate for any damage to the property, including tents. Handle all facilities and equipment with care.
