As the year draws to a close, it's time to embrace the spirit of celebration and embark on an extraordinary journey at our New Year's Eve Camping in Karjat. Nestled in the heart of nature and just besides a river, this event promises a perfect blend of excitement, relaxation, and adventure.

- 1:30 pm: Pick up from Andheri

- 2:00 pm: Pick up from Vashi Plaza, Vashi Highway
- 2:30 pm: Pick up from McD, Kalamboli
For those opting for Travel from Karjat:
- 3:30 pm: Pickup from Karjat Stn
Please Note: Pickup from Karjat station can be arranged in the evening as well i.e around 6-7 pm
4:00 pm - Check-in: Step into adventure mode as you arrive at the campsite! Drop your bags, check out your cozy tent, and get ready to kick off the celebration.
4:00 PM - 5:00 PM - Welcome Drink: Have some snacks & sip on a refreshing drink and toast to the start of an epic NYE under the open sky. Cheers to the good vibes ahead!
5:00 PM - 7:00 PM - Adventure Hour: Take a splash in the river, show off your skills at outdoor games, or unwind with fun board games. Whether you’re a thrill-seeker or a chill-seeker, we’ve got you covered!
7:00 PM - DJ Sundowner: The beats are calling! Dance into the twilight as the DJ spins tunes that’ll make you forget all about your 2024 worries. Sunset never looked (or sounded) this good!
9:00 PM - 12:00 AM - Feast Under the Stars: Treat your taste buds to a mouthwatering dinner buffet while soaking in the festive vibes. Don’t forget to grab seconds—it’s the last dinner of the year, after all!
10:00 PM - 12:00 AM - Games & DJ Fun: Let the party hit its peak with exciting games hosted by our lively emcee, perfectly complemented by the DJ spinning electrifying beats. Dance, laugh, and compete—this double dose of fun will have everyone pumped as we count down to midnight!
12:00 AM - Midnight Magic!
- Ring in the New Year with a spectacular fire show that’ll leave you spellbound. Then, it’s time to cut the cake and welcome 2025 with a sweet start! 🎂🎆
- Post-12:00 AM:
- Live Music by the Bonfire: Snuggle up by the fire and vibe to some soulful live tunes. Guitars, laughter, and starlit skies—what more could you ask for? 🔥🎵
- Outdoor Movie Screening: Grab a blanket and watch a classic movie under the stars.

By 12:00 PM - Check-Out: Wave goodbye to the campsite with a heart full of memories and maybe a few new friends. See you next year!
For those who have opted for Travel from Mumbai:
The bus will depart from the campsite around 11:00 AM, conveniently dropping you off at the same location where you were picked up. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride as you reminisce about the unforgettable memories you’ve just made!
For those who have opted for Travel from Karjat Stn:
The local transport is scheduled to depart from Campsite to Karjat Stn at around 11:00 AM

The team leads were genuinely caring and made sure of everyone's safety despite having a large group.The trek was well designed and it also had an introduction session which served as an icebreaker and made the batch more friendly towards eachother. The crowd was decent and blending, you can meet and make new friends. It was my first time trekking with a group and I would join them soon 💪🏽👍🏽

- Tickets once booked are non-refundable. You can transfer your tickets to someone else if you can't attend the event
- No refund (Partial or otherwise) will be made if you voluntarily leave or drop out of a trip for any reason after the trip has begun. No refunds will be made for any accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, meals or services not utilized
