Policy and Terms
- If cancellation are made 15 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellation are made 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 75.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellation are made 0 days to 7 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees

All content created during the trip, including photos and videos taken by Backpackers United or participants, are the property of Backpackers United. These may be used for promotional purposes and cannot be commercially used by anyone else without our explicit permission.
Full payment must be made prior to the trip. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.
A valid government-issued ID is required for all travelers and will be verified before boarding. Transfers of bookings are not permitted.
For international travel, ensure your passport is valid for at least six months from your travel date. Any costs arising from non-compliance will be borne by the traveler.
Unused inclusions will not be refunded.
Travelers are responsible for their luggage and belongings. We are not liable for any damage or missing items.
Arrive at the pickup point 30 minutes before departure. Please note, AC will be off in the hills and may be turned off during the trip for safety reasons.
Smoking and drinking are prohibited during the tour. Be prepared for physically demanding activities.
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, loss, damage, or any claims not caused by Backpackers United's employees.
Misconduct or indiscipline will not be tolerated.
We hold no responsibility for delays or alterations due to uncontrollable factors such as natural hazards, political issues, or weather conditions.
We do not provide insurance for sickness, accidents, or theft.
Itinerary may be adjusted considering safety, comfort, and participants' physical abilities.
