Knowledge Development:

Confined Water Sessions:

• Hands-on training in a controlled environment (e.g., pool or calm water).
• Practice essential skills like buoyancy control, regulator use, and underwater navigation.

Open Water Dives:

• Apply learned skills in real-life diving situations.
• Explore the breathtaking underwater world under the supervision of certified instructors.
• Gain confidence and experience the joy of diving in open water environments.

Minimum Age:

• Participants must be at least 10 years old to enroll in the PADI Open Water Diver course. For those between 10 and 14 years old, there are PADI Junior Open Water Diver certifications available, with specific depth limitations.

Physical Fitness:

• Divers should be in reasonably good health. A medical questionnaire is typically provided, and if any concerns are raised, a physician's approval may be required.

Swimming Skills:
