Policy and Terms

>60 days : no fee applies
30-60 days : 50 % of the activity fee held as cancellation
10-29 days : 75 %of the activity fee held as cancellation
1-9 days: 90%  of the activity fee held as cancellation
The same day will be 100% of the workshop fee held as a cancellation..

Terms and Conditions

• Age Requirement: Participants must meet the minimum age requirement of 12 years old to enroll in the course. Minors under the age of 18 must have parental consent.
• Health and Fitness: Participants should be in good health and reasonably fit for diving. Individuals with medical conditions or concerns should consult with a physician before enrolling in the course.
• Certification Prerequisites: Participants must hold a valid PADI Open Water Diver certification or an equivalent entry-level diving certification from a recognized training agency.
• Course Fees and Payment: The course fees cover instruction, learning materials, equipment rental, and certification. Payment is typically required in advance to secure your booking.
• Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations made within a specified period before the start date of the course may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are issued based on the cancellation policy outlined at the time of booking.
• If the cancellation is done by the institute then you will get a full refund within 5-10 business days.
• Course Schedule: The course schedule, including dive times and locations, may be subject to change based on weather conditions, safety considerations, and instructor availability.
• Equipment Responsibility: Participants are responsible for the care and safe use of rented diving equipment during the course. Any damage or loss of equipment may result in additional charges.
• Safety Regulations: Participants are expected to adhere to all safety protocols and instructions provided by the instructors throughout the course.
• Certification Requirements: Successful completion of all course requirements, including knowledge development sessions, skill assessments, and dives, is necessary to obtain the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification.
• Liability Waiver: Participants may be required to sign a liability waiver and assumption of risk agreement before participating in the course.
