Who should attend?

  • The PADI Rescue Diver course is designed for individuals who have already obtained their Advanced Open Water Diver certification and have completed a CPR and First Aid training within the past 24 months. The course is ideal for:
  • Certified divers who want to enhance their diving skills and knowledge.
  • Divers who want to learn how to effectively handle emergency situations both above and below the water's surface.
  • Those interested in becoming more confident and capable divers, capable of assisting others in need during diving emergencies.
  • Divers seeking to broaden their understanding of dive safety and rescue techniques.
  • Individuals looking to take their diving experience to the next level and potentially pursue further certifications or careers in diving.


Day 1:

Morning: Welcome and orientation, introduction to course objectives, and safety briefing.
Afternoon: Classroom session covering dive theory, dive planning, and review of rescue techniques.

Day 2:

Morning: Confined water session for skill development, practicing rescue scenarios in controlled environment.
Afternoon: Open water dive 1, applying learned skills in realistic rescue scenarios under supervision.

Day 3:

Morning: Open water dive 2, further practice of rescue techniques and scenarios.
Afternoon: Knowledge development session, review of previous dives, and preparation for remaining open water dives.

Day 4:

Morning: Open water dive 3, integrating previously learned skills in more challenging rescue scenarios.
Afternoon: Final open water dive, demonstrating proficiency in rescue techniques and scenarios.

Day 5:

Morning: Course review, debriefing, and knowledge assessment.
Afternoon: Certification celebration, presentation of PADI Rescue Diver certification cards, and closing remarks.

Inclusions

PADI eLearning: Access to interactive online modules.
Instructor Guidance: Supervision during practical sessions and Expert instruction from PADI-certified instructors.
Equipment Rental: Scuba gear for training and dives.
Certification: Issuance of PADI Rescue Diver certification.
Emergency Oxygen: Training in providing emergency oxygen.

Exclusions

Anything that is not mentioned in inclusions



>60 days : no fee applies
30-60 days : 50 % of the activity fee held as cancellation
10-29 days : 75 %of the activity fee held as cancellation
1-9 days: 90%  of the activity fee held as cancellation
The same day will be 100% of the workshop fee held as a cancellation..

Requirements: Must be at least 12 years old, hold Advanced Open Water Diver certification, and recent CPR/First Aid training.

Booking: Advance booking required; payment may be needed upfront.

Cancellation: Penalties for late cancellations; refunds as per center's policy.

Health: Good health required; disclose any medical conditions.

Safety: Follow safety guidelines and instructions strictly.

Liability: May need to sign a liability waiver.

Certification: Completion required for certification.

Materials: Course materials are for personal use only.

Changes: Itinerary subject to change due to weather or safety concerns.

Conduct: Respectful behavior expected.
