What is panchakarma?
Panchakarma is an Ayurvedic system of detoxification and rejuvenation. It consists of three phases: Poorvkarma, Pradhan karma, and Paschat karma.
- Poorvkarma is the preparatory phase, where the body is cleansed and prepared for the main treatment.
- Pradhan karma is the main treatment phase, where one or more of the five cleansing therapies are used: Vamana (induced vomiting), Vasti (enema), Nasya (nasal drops), Virechana (purging), and Raktamokshana (bloodletting).
- Paschat karma is the post-treatment phase, where the body is gradually brought back to normal and the doshas are rebalanced.

Policy and more
- A 50% advance is required to confirm a booking.
- If you cancel or postpone your booking more than 21 days before arrival, you will get a full refund, minus a nominal booking fee of Rs. 5,000 and any applicable bank charges.
- If you cancel or postpone your booking between 15 and 21 days before arrival, you will forfeit 50% of the advance. The remaining 50% will be carried over to the new dates.
- If you cancel or postpone your booking less than 14 days before arrival, you will forfeit 100% of the advance. The booking will be treated as a new booking and you will need to pay another 50% advance.
- If you cut short your stay after check-in, you will be charged for 3 nights or the balance nights, whichever is less. The package tariff will still apply. The only exception is if the doctor orders you to cut short your stay. In this case, you will only be charged for the treatments that you missed.
