No Refund shall be made with the initial booking amount for any cancellations. However,
Unforeseen Circumstances:
- No compensation for cancellations due to Acts of God, Natural or man-made disasters, technical issues, road/airport closures, adverse weather, or any event beyond our control.
Organizer Cancellations:
- In case of event cancellation due to low enrollment or external factors, we will offer alternate events or a full refund (excluding transportation cancellation charges). Refunds will be processed within two weeks via bank transfer.
Traveller Cancellations:
- If cancellations are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellations are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellations are made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
