All About It
Puducherry, often called Pondicherry, is a captivating travel destination on India's eastern coast. Puducherry marvellous French architecture, cuisines , and lifestyle along with popular handicrafts giving a unique blend of Indian and French cultures.
Puducherry is also known for its breathtaking sceneries and serene beaches including Promenade and Paradise Beach. It also has a diverse cuisine combining Indian and French flavours .
Puducherry is best known for Sri Aurobindo Ashram for spirituality and meditation and Auroville, an international community focused on unity.
For nature lovers, it is a serene retreat replete with various beaches and lakes that takes the breath away of the tourists on the first glimpse. it is a perfect place to get amazing aesthetic pictures to lighten up your feed.
t is best to Stroll through the charming French Quarter for colonial architecture. Relax on picturesque beaches and enjoy water sports. Explore the spiritual and tranquil ambiance and don’t forget to Shop for souvenirs and handicrafts at local markets.
Day 1 - The Instagrammable Day
Matri Mandir

After reaching Chennai, we will begin the trip by relaxing at Marina Beach, which is along the Bay of Bengal Sea. The Beach is the first longest Beach in India and the Second longest in the world. After exploring the 13km long beach, the next destination will be the Matri mandir (Auroville Globe) in Sanskrit, which means the Temple of the Mother. It is called the city's soul and is situated in a large open space called Peace. After experiencing the spiritual side of Puducherry, we go towards the aesthetic side of Puducherry, i.e., exploring the French colony.
Then we go on to visit the Ganesh Temple, Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Sche Kovll Church. Finally, you can experience the delicious cuisine at Rocky Beach. Later, check-in for the night in our cozy night hotel stay
Day 2 - The day with the Nature
Pichavaram forest
Paradise Beach
Wake up early and head to Serenity Beach well before dawn. As the sun begins to rise over the Bay of Bengal. Capture this magical moment or simply immerse yourself in the serenity. Enjoy the sound of waves, gentle breeze, and the gradual transition from darkness to dawn.
After the sunrise, travel to Pichavaram Mangrove Forest, Pichavaram is known for its intricate network of backwaters, canals, and dense mangrove vegetation. It's the world's second-largest mangrove forest, having a marvellous boat ride.
After the mangrove adventure, head to Paradise Beach, you can engage in various water sports activities such as kayaking, beach volleyball, and swimming or Relax on the beach.
Day 3 - The day with the iconic attractions
Mahabalipuram Temple
Marine Kingdom
On the final day of the trip we start with Auroville Beach The beach is known for its serene atmosphere and the golden sands. After enjoying the view and relaxing at the beach, you can visit Mahabalipuram temple or Marine Kingdom. Mahabalipuram Temple also known as Mamallapuram, is a historic town renowned for its ancient temples and rock-cut monuments. The Shore Temple is one of its most iconic attractions, dating back to the 8th century. It's a UNESCO World Heritage site and a masterpiece of Dravidian architecture.
Lastly we visit the Marine Kingdom. This is India's first and largest walk-through aquarium with everything from small to large aquatic animals. The animals here are housed in life sized tanks and overhead aquariums to give a larger-than-life experience ending the journey with a train ride back to Hyderabad

- Water bottle - 2 Liters. Get your own bottles, we avoid buying of plastic bottles.
- Photo ID ( Passport, Employee/College ID, PAN card/Election Card/ Driving License) with a Xerox copy.
- Toiletries (Toothbrush, Paste, Small towel/napkin, Comb, Sanitary Pads).
- 2 biodegradable plastic bags medium size to carry waste.

Policy and more
Compensation will not be paid for changes or cancellations caused by Acts of God (Force Majeure), natural or man-made disaster, fire, technical problems to transport, closure or congestion of airports, adverse weather conditions or any other event beyond the Company’s control.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the trip at any time, either due to lack of batch formation or other factors. If we cancel the trip, a full refund will be provided.
If you cancel, the following policy applies:
Cancellation Refund will be processed only in the form of HAC wallet
Refund is non-transferable
- Wallet cash can be used within 1 year.
- There's no refund if,
- The person doesn't shows up on the day of travel.
- The person voluntarily decides to withdraw from the trip in between.

Limitations & Liability
We accept liability for those arrangements for your holiday, which are wholly within our control, and, therefore, accept liability to clients for the negligence of our employees. However, we would like to draw attention to the following circumstances, which fall outside our direct control or where, for some reason, we are not prepared to accept liability.
- In the event that you miss your train or bus for any reason during your onward or return journey, the company shall not be responsible for any financial reimbursement. However, we will assist you in finding alternative transportation options to ensure your continued travel.
- The Company shall, in no circumstances whatsoever, be liable to the client or any person traveling with him or her for any death, personal injury, sickness, accidents, loss delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and/or damage or theft howsoever caused
- The company does not own or control hotels, coaches, or other facilities mentioned in the tour. As an operator of the package tour, therefore, we cannot be held liable.
- Where there has been no fault on the part of the company, supplier, or agents.
- Where the failures in the performance of the contract are attributable to the customer.
- Where the failures are attributable to a third party not connected with the holiday provision and are unforeseeable or unavoidable.
- We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accidents, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons.
Train Tickets
Though we try our best, we cannot assure you a confirmed train ticket as train department is under the government, where we have no control or so.
Our packages from Ex- Hyd includes Sleeper class train tickets,
- If you choose to travel in 3AC/2AC/1AC, you'll be charged more according to the prices shown in IRCTC.
- Though we let you know your train ticket status, We request you to check the status at frequent intervals if the tickets aren't CNF.
- If the tickets are in RAC/ WL even two days before the departure date, we suggest you to opt for Tatkal, which may slightly cost you more.
- There's a higher probability of getting a CNF ticket if we try for Premium Tatkal or 3AC.
- If the train tickets are in WL and there's a bus facility to your chosen destination, We suggest you opt for a bus.
- For extra charges, we request that you approach our office team.
- The extra amount collected for Tatkal is according to the prices shown in IRCTC. No extra amount shall be charged by us for booking Tatkal

Surcharge
The Price of your travel arrangement is subject to surcharges in case of sudden hike in fuel prices, schedule airfare and any taxes levied by the government. Even in this case, we will try to absorb an amount of 2%, amount exceeding over 2% will be surcharged.
Right to amend the itinerary
Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary.
Occasionally it may be deemed necessary to make changes to your holiday and the Company reserves the right to do so at any time without any prior notice, and you will be notified of any changes at the earliest possible opportunity.
Others
- Weed or any other narcotics is strictly prohibited from entire event!
- Be cooperative with fellow Participants
- Do not cause delay and cause inconvenience for others and impact the schedule.
- Do not litter any plastic (biscuit pack covers, candy wrappers, etc.). We commit to keeping our events pollute-free.
