Day 1 - Saturday-Ascent to the Sky: Conquering Kalsubai Peak

- No cancellations will be taken over call or whatsApp msg. Please reply in email with payment receipt that you have received at the time of booking.
- No Show . No refund.
- If remaining payment is not received 7 days before the event start date, Your slot is assumed to be cancelled.
- Incase of government orders, harsh weather conditions , protests , landslides or any other unforeseen circumstances , we work out the best possible alternate plans or trips/treks. At times even certain activities are cancelled , the organisation provides the best alternate but no refunds are provided.
- If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh etc.), Offbeat Compass will issue a trek voucher for the full amount and if possible will provide an alternate trek. The voucher can be redeemed upto same amount for the same trek or another trek in the next 365 days from the trek departure date.
- If a trek or trip cannot be completed due to natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh etc.). No refund would be provided.
- Any extra expense coming due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, Train Cancellations etc.), Will be born by customer. Offbeat Compass will not be liable.

- If you cancel your trip 7 days before the event start date – Trek Voucher worth 80% of the Remaining Payment Component would be given.
- If you cancel your trip Between 7 to 3 days of the event Start date – Trek Voucher worth 50% of the Remaining Payment Component would be given.
- If you cancel your trip Between 2 days to 0 days – No Voucher or refund would be given.
