Sakleshpur town lies in the Malnad region on the hills of the biodiversity hotspot, the Western Ghats . It has a tropical in west and temperate climate in eastern part surrounded with lofty green hills full of coffee, cardamom , pepper and Areca plantations. These crops which contribute mainly to the economy of the taluk are grown in the surrounding villages and the entire taluk are brought to Sakleshpur city for sale.
Day 0 - Departure Bangalore to sakleshpur
On Friday, Get picked up in Bangalore from the following points and start your sakleshpur tour.
- Domlur 10 PM
- Indiranagar 10:15 PM
- Yeshwantpur 11 PM
- Goragunte Palya 11:15 PM
- After the pickups we will take a short break and continue our overnight journey to sakleshpur .
- NOTE : Have dinner before boarding vehical .
Day 1 - Sakleshpur Sightseeing Exploration
- Reach Sakleshpur early in the morning, Reach stay finish check in process , freshen up, and have breakfast.
- Start your day by visiting the historic Manjarabad Fort Explore the historic Manjarabad Fort, built by Tippu Sultan. The fort's unique star-shaped design and strategic location make it an interesting historical site.
- After visiting the fort, head to the Bisle Ghat Viewpoint to witness breathtaking panoramic views of the Western Ghats and the Pushpagiri Range. It's a great spot for nature lovers and photography enthusiasts.
- Take a break for lunch (self-sponsored)
In the afternoon, make your way to Mallalli Falls. It's a beautiful waterfall surrounded by lush greenery and is a great place to relax and unwind.
After a day filled with visual treat of western Ghats , return to your Stay and have dinner.
Retire for an overnight stay in Sakleshpura.
