Spiti Valley is a cold desert mountain valley located high in the Himalayas in the north-eastern part of the northern Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. The name "Spiti" means "The middle land", i.e. the land between Tibet and India. Spiti valley is famous for its natural beauty and cultural heritage. Tabo monastery is one of the most prominent attractions in Spiti. The monasteries in Spiti are renowned for spectacular murals, ancient temples, and several stupas. Get Ready to be departed from delhi around 8 p.m with fellow Travellers. Have an Intro Session with your Group and Start your Journey. Reach shimla Next Morning by an overnight Journey in Volvo.

In morning after Reaching shimla our tempo traveller will pick up all from volvo stand and start your journey towards sangla/ chitkul , enroute visit narkanda.. Reach sangla/chitkul by evening, check-in at the hotel/Camp. Rest day is free for local sight-seeing. Have a delicious dinner and over night stay at hotel/camps.
Day 2 - Chitkul to Tabo

After Breakfast, Get excited for your upcoming adventures in spiti. this will one of the most scenic drive of your life. Overlooking by the spiti river, it gives a chance to enjoy 360 degree view of mountain ranges. On the way you'll witness the beauty of Satluj and Spiti River Confluence (Khab Sangam) ,After that we will visit Gue monastery, Tabo monastery. Reach Tabo and check-in into your Hotel/homestay. in the evening spend sometime near Tabo monastery., have your dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3 - Tabo to kaza

Wake up and have your breakfast. Post that, we will drive to Dhankar village. Visit Dhankar Monastery and later Visit Pin valley. It is the only green national park located in this cold desert area. Reach kaza in the evening and check-in into your Hotels/ homestay. Evening is free to explore the local spitians market and enjoy the evening in the local cafes in kaza.

We will be spending a light day next ,just travelling to some of the famous sleepy villages nearby. Wake up and enjoy those unusual moments of life . Once you get out of Kaza you will be on Zig zag uphill drive to countryside of spiti. We will visit Langza, komic and hikkim. Langza is famous for Buddha statue and fossils. Komic is the world's highest motorable village. Hikkim is famous for world's Highest post office. After this return back to your stay .After that you can explore kaza local Market. Overnight stay with dinner.
Day 5 - Kaza to Chandratal

After Breakfast, Visit key Gompa, Kibber wildlife Sanctuary & Chicham Bridge on the way to Chandratal, this lake is famous due to its crescent shape, has got the name of Chandra meaning moon and taal for lake ( the moon lake). We have to cross Kunzum Pass to reach this lake, the Pass that connects Spiti Valley with Lahaul valley. The lake is very famous among the trekkers and also a must visit place for the nature lovers. Overnight at Camp.
Day 6 - Chandratal to Sissu/manali

After breakfast checkout from camps and leave for Sissu. Get ready for some adventure thrill , you will be doing offroading from Batal to koksar. Reach Sissu/Manali by evening and Check in at hotel with dinner.

After Breakfast checkout from hotel and explore local Sissu Waterfall (If time allows) then leave for Manali. Enroute witness the famous Atal tunnel. Reach Manali on time and spend some time in famous cafes / mall riad. By evening board Volvo for your return journey to Delhi.

Okay..so I booked this trip from Journey basket for Chopta. Didn’t expect much from it in the beginning as I’m a traveller and like to explore new hiking destinations myself. However, to my surprise, Journey basket just flipped the perception for me. It went great and I enjoyed every bit of it.
The camps were nice and spacious with good hygiene. They were well equipped with warm beddings considering the December winters.
Our tour coordinators Pankaj, Gaurav and Ayush Balli managed the group pretty well with various group activities to indulge every individual.
We did two treks - Tungnath temple and Doriyatal trek. Treks were an ultimate fun and an amazing experience!!
Well, the best is yet to come.. Journey Basket had arranged an amazing New Years Party with DJ and dance.. One couldn’t expect much !!

Guests, Who are unable to visit our office for booking, can deposit amount in the bank account or can makepayment online through net banking. Also, after making the transfer, intimate the same to us by sendingscanned copy/screenshot of bank slip and personal details.
Cost and consequences arising due to any force majeure situations including but not limited to unforseen
circumstances like; natural calamities, political disturbance, health issues, roads block, things beyond our control etc. will have to be borne by the guest.
There will be additional charges for the passengers would like to stay back at the destination or transit.
Any changes in itinerary or upgrade in camps will be charged extra, over and above the given cost (which will be informed to the customer in advance for final acceptance and payment).
We do not allow drinking during the travel mode in the bus. Anyone found drunk at the time of boarding will be refused entry and no amount will be refundable. Journey Basket also reserves the right to discontinue your trip at any point on the grounds of misconduct. Such persons are strictly prohibited.
AC will be switched off on hill and during waiting time. This is for travelers safety as route can be dangerous and vehicle may not be able to pull off load with AC running.
