Day 1 - BOARDING AT DELHI & DRIVE TO SHMLA - OVERNIGHT JOURNEY

Get ready to depart from Delhi at around 08:00 pm.
Reporting venue will be shared one day prior to the departure date, Assemble at the boarding point and start your night journey towards Shimla.
Day 2 - SHIMLA - KALPA - OVERNIGHT STAY AT KALPA

- After early breakfast drive via Kufri, Narkanda, and descend to the Rampur, further drive to Kalpa, the majesty of the Kinner Kailash mountain is in direct vision.
- Visit a village and temple built in typical Kinnauri architecture.
- If time allows you can take a short drive on old Hindustan-Tibet Road where locate the suicide point, One of the attractions due to its sheer cliffy road.
- Back to Kalpa, night in Hotel.
Day 3 - KALPA - CHHITKUL ( SANGLA - RAKCHHAM ) - OVERNIGHT STAY AT CHHITKUL/SANGLA

towards Chitkul. - We pass through some more stunning landscapes and reach Chitkul by afternoon.
- After some leisure, enjoy the sunset near the Baspa River.

Day 4 - CHHITKUL - KAZA (CHHITKUL - NAKO - KAZA)

- Next, you will be departing for Kaza. Passing by the Spiti River, enjoy 360- a degree view of the
mesmerizing snow-clad mountains. - We will visit Tabo Monastery which will fall on the way.
- Reach Kaza, by evening, check in to your homestay, and have local Spiti cuisine.
Day 5 - VISIT KEY MONASTERY - HIKKIM

- Wake up early morning to witness a mesmerizing sunrise.
- Today is the day to explore the Spiti region.
- After breakfast, we start visiting the highest villages of Spiti starting with Langza village, Hikkim village (the highest post office in the altitude), Komic the highest village & the scenic Dhankar
Monastery. - Exploring it will consume your whole day in the upper region of Spiti valley.
- Return back to Kaza in the evening for Dinner & Stay.
Day 6 - KAZA - CHICHAM - CHANDRATAAL

- We start tracing our steps towards Manali.
- However, make one last stop to witness another Spitian wonder Chandra Taal Lake.
- The mystical and beautiful Chandra Taal Lake or the Moon Lake is located at a height of 14,000 feet.
- The Chandra Bhaga mountain range forms a striking backdrop for the lake, which changes appearance according to the pictures painted in the sky.
- Later check in to the Campsite near Chandra Taal Lake, and stay at the tents under the gaze of a million stars and the Milky Way Galaxy.
- Dinner & sleep overnight.
Day 7 - MANALI ( CHANDRATAAL - MANALI ) - OVERNIGHT DEPARTURE

- Wake up early morning to witness a mesmerizing sunrise.
- After having breakfast, head back to Manali.
- Today is our last day of the ride and we commence our way on the Manali – Kaza Road.
- After some leisure at the Café, Visit the local Manali on our own. and board the
bus later in the night.
Day 8 - REACH DELHI | END OF TRIP WITH A BAG FULL OF LIFE TIME MEMORIES
- Reach Delhi early in the morning and conclude the tour with loads of memories that you can cherish for a lifetime.

No Refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations. However,
CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENTS BY ORGANISER(S):
MOW may decide to cancel the event if there are less than 8 travellers or due to external factors which are beyond our control, such as Natural Hazards like rains, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, Virus OutBreak, curfew, etc,
The Team will inform you about alternate events. You can choose to switch to any other event for which seats are available or choose to cancel in this case, the full amount will be refunded(Transportation Cancellation charges will be deducted) On business days, the refund amount will be completed within two weeks. All relevant refunds will be made via bank transfer only to the traveler.
CANCELLATION POLICY BY THE TRAVELER(YOU) :
If you cancel 48 hours before the date of the event: No refund would be provided.
Last-minute cancellations due to work, health issues, etc. would not be entertained and no refund or transfer shall be allowed for the same.
No postponing your ticket to future events and no refund within 48 hours of the event start time.
If you cancel 3-6days before the date of the event: you can transfer your tickets to your friends. We would be more than happy to have them on board and you could save your hard-earned money.
If you cancel 7 days before the date of the event: 50 % of the full amount of the trip. (Payment gateway charges will be deducted). On business days, the refund amount will be completed within two weeks. All relevant refunds will be made via bank transfer only to the traveler.

Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully as they outline your rights and obligations before, during, and after the event. These conditions form the basis of your contract with Meet Over The Weekend ("we," "us," "MOW," and "our"). By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.
These conditions apply to all trip arrangements made by us, which we agree to provide or perform through our listed inclusions and exclusions for every event as part of our contract with you. References in these conditions to "trip," "trek," "booking," "event," or "arrangements" mean such trip arrangements for the trip on the booked dates unless otherwise stated. References to "departure" and "arrival" denote the start and end date/time of these arrangements. The terms "organizer," "lead," and "captain" refer to the person leading or managing the trip officially on behalf of Meet Over The Weekend within the event's timeframe.
Booking & Payment:
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A minimum advance payment of 50% is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining balance must be cleared at least 7 days before departure.
- Any last-minute bookings must be fully paid at the time of confirmation.
Travel & Accommodation:
- Accommodation will be provided as per the itinerary. No changes can be made to room-sharing arrangements once booked.
- Hotels are subject to availability. In case of non-availability, a similar category hotel will be arranged.
- Any additional nights or upgrades will be charged separately.
- Any extra expenses due to delays (e.g., due to weather, traffic, or strikes) will be borne by the traveler.
- The itinerary is subject to change based on weather conditions and government regulations.
Transport & Luggage:
- Transportation will be provided as per the package inclusions.
Vehicle type depends on group size. Specific seating requests are not guaranteed.
Any damage to the vehicle caused by the traveler will be chargeable.
Delays due to road conditions or natural calamities will not be the responsibility of the tour operator.
- Passengers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. The company will not be liable for any loss or damage.
- Any additional transport services required beyond the itinerary will be chargeable.
Health & Safety:
- The Spiti involves travelling at high altitudes; travelers are advised to be physically fit.
- Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
- The company will not be responsible for any medical emergencies during the trip.
Weather & Delays:
- The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions.
- If the Yatra is postponed or delayed due to natural calamities, no refunds will be provided.
- In case of roadblocks or unforeseen circumstances, the additional cost of alternate arrangements will be borne by the traveler.
Permissions & Permits:
- Travelers must carry valid ID proof at all times.
- The company will not be responsible for any permit-related delays caused by government authorities.
General Conduct:
- Travelers are expected to maintain discipline and follow the guidelines provided by the tour leader.
- Any behavior that disrupts the group or itinerary may result in the removal of the traveler from the Yatra without any refund.
Liability & Responsibility:
- The company acts only as an agent for hotels, transport services, and other suppliers and holds no liability for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended for all participants.
- Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the respective legal authority.
