Day 0 - Delhi to Manali | Overnight Journey

- Gather at the designated pickup location in Delhi - either RK Ashram Metro Station or Majnu ka Tila.
- Begin your overnight journey to Manali and take the opportunity to connect with your fellow travelers.
Day 1 - Arrive in Manali | Time to Acclimate and Enjoy a Relaxed Day

- Upon arriving in Manali, check into the hotel, freshen up, and enjoy some free time.
- This day is reserved for acclimatization in preparation for the exciting road trip to the high-altitude Himalayan region starting the following day.
- After refreshments, you can explore at your own pace—visit Hidimba Devi Temple, Jogini Falls, or enjoy cafe hopping in Old Manali while sampling local dishes.
- In the evening, attend an important acclimatization session with your trip captain, followed by a homemade-style dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2 - Journey from Manali to Kaza | Atal Tunnel | Kunzum Pass

- Rise early in the morning and, after breakfast, embark on a long but incredibly scenic journey to Kaza, passing through the Atal Tunnel/Rohtang La (13,060 feet) and Kunzum La (14,931 feet), surrounded by breathtaking landscapes.
- On the way, we'll stop for a quick lunch at Batal, where you can enjoy a hearty meal at the renowned 'Chacha Chachi Ka Dhaba.'
- Upon arriving in Kaza, Spiti Valley, check into our homestay and relax.
- For those feeling energetic, take a walk around town and soak in the untouched beauty of Kaza.
- In the evening, gather for some group activities, enjoy a home-cooked dinner, and spend the night at the hotel/homestay.
Day 3 - Kaza | Langza | Komic | Hikkim

- Start your day with a peaceful mountain morning in your cozy homestay, and after breakfast, set out for an exciting day of exploring the charming villages around Kaza.
- Visit Spiti's stunning fossil village, Langza, and capture a memorable photo with the iconic Medicine Buddha statue and your group. Feel a sense of achievement as you reach Komic, the world’s highest motorable village, and take in the breathtaking views of the snow-covered Himalayas.
- End the day in Hikkim village, home to the world’s highest post office.
- Since this is your last day in Kaza, make the most of it by relaxing with your travel group at quaint local cafes and picking up authentic souvenirs for loved ones back home.
- After your day of exploration, enjoy a home-cooked dinner and spend the night in your hotel/homestay.
Day 4 - Kaza | Key | Kibber | Chandratal

- Wake up early, and after breakfast, bid farewell to your hosts in Kaza as you set off for Key Monastery, the largest and most picturesque Buddhist monastery in Spiti Valley. Spend some peaceful moments chatting with the monks or enjoy a cup of herbal tea in the monastery’s kitchen.
- Next, explore Kibber village, known for its wildlife, including snow leopards, Himalayan ibex, and red foxes. Capture stunning photos at Chicham Bridge, Asia’s highest suspension bridge, which connects the serene Kibber village.
- On the way to Chandratal, stop at Losar for a satisfying lunch, then continue towards Kunzum La, located at approximately 15,000 feet. This stretch of the journey is the most adventurous and scenic.
- Once you arrive at Chandratal, check into our beautiful campsite and head out to experience the peaceful Moon Lake while snapping some Instagram-worthy photos. In the evening, relax with your travel companions under a sky full of stars and the Milky Way. End the day with a delicious home-cooked dinner and an overnight stay in Swiss tents.
Day 5 - Malani | Chhatru | Departure for Delhi

- On the way, we’ll stop at Chhatru for a quick breakfast.
- Upon arriving in Manali, if time allows, take a leisurely stroll around The Mall Road.

- Arrive in Delhi the next morning, carrying with you a treasure trove of wonderful memories and unforgettable experiences.

Policy and more
- For cancellations made 25 days or more before the departure date, 30% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- For cancellations made 15 to 25 days before departure, 40% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- For cancellations made 7 to 15 days before departure, 70% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- For cancellations made within 7 days of departure, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances such as government restrictions, health emergencies, or adverse weather conditions, tours and activities may be cancelled. While the operator will attempt to provide feasible alternatives, refunds will not be issued under such conditions.
- Any refund applicable will be processed within 7 business days.
Terms and Conditions
By booking a trek with The Wander Wave, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking Confirmation and Payment
- To confirm your participation in the trek, a part payment of 50% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid as per the due date mentioned in the booking confirmation.
- The booking is considered confirmed only after the part payment is received.
2. Inclusions
- The inclusions of the trek will be strictly as per the itinerary provided before the booking is confirmed. No additional services or inclusions will be provided beyond what is stated in the itinerary.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- No Refunds: Once the booking is confirmed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances except in the event of a natural calamity or force majeure situation.
- Partial Refund: In the event of a natural calamity or force majeure, a maximum of 70% of the booking value will be refunded. The remaining 30% will be retained to cover operational and administrative costs.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 24-48 Hours after the cancellation notice is provided.
- Refund will be reflect in your account within 7 working Days as per RBI guidelines.
4. No Insurance
- The Wander Wave does not provide any form of travel, health, or accident insurance. Participants are responsible for arranging their own insurance coverage if desired.
- Any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the trek is the sole responsibility of the participant. The Wander Wave will not be held liable for any such incidents.
5. Risks and Responsibilities
- Participants acknowledge that trekking involves inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to injury, illness, loss of personal property, or even death.
- The Wander Wave will take all necessary precautions for safety, but participants agree to participate at their own risk.
- Any medical expenses or evacuation costs in case of injury or illness during the trek are to be borne solely by the participant.
6. Changes in Itinerary
- The Wander Wave reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unavoidable events. No refunds will be offered for such changes unless a natural calamity occurs as stated above.
7. Conduct and Behavior
- Participants are expected to maintain appropriate conduct during the trek. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or harmful to the group or the environment may result in removal from the trek without a refund.
8. Force Majeure
- The Wander Wave will not be held responsible for any delays, changes, or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or other unforeseeable events.
9. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
- By making the booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your group are aware of and accept these terms.
