The Chopta Chandrashila Trek is one of the most famous ones in the Uttarakhand region and rightly so. It takes you through quaint villages, stunning views of the Himalayan peaks and some rocky but very beautful rock formations. The trek starts from the a visit to the Godly Confluence at Devaprayag and ends with a trek to Deorital and a visit to the Sari Village. Not to mention the opportunity to meditate at the highest Shiva Temple in the world at Tungnath and soaking in the views from the grand Moon Rock i.e. Chandrashila.
