For Participants Traveling from Delhi:
By Metro:
- Board the Metro: Start your journey by boarding the Delhi Metro at Vidhan Sabha Metro Station (on the Yellow Line).
- Transfer to the Intercity Train: Travel to New Delhi Railway Station (change lines as necessary), which is the main hub for trains heading out of Delhi.
By Taxi or Ride-Sharing:
- Direct Transfer: You can also book a taxi or use a ride-sharing service like Uber or Ola directly from Vidhan Sabha Metro Station to the designated meeting point or transport hub for the trip.
For Participants Traveling from Outside Delhi:
By Air:
- Arrive at Delhi Airport: Fly into Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi.
- Travel to Vidhan Sabha Metro Station: Take a taxi or use the Delhi Metro's Airport Express Line to reach Vidhan Sabha Metro Station.
By Train:
- Arrive at New Delhi Railway Station: Board a train to New Delhi Railway Station.
- Transfer to Vidhan Sabha Metro Station: Use the Delhi Metro network to travel from New Delhi Railway Station to Vidhan Sabha Metro Station.
By Bus:
- Arrive at Interstate Bus Terminus (ISBT): Take a bus to one of Delhi’s major bus terminals.
- Travel to Vidhan Sabha Metro Station: Use a taxi or the Delhi Metro to reach Vidhan Sabha Metro Station from the bus terminal.

- For cancellations made 25 days or more before the departure date, 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- For cancellations made 15 to 25 days before departure, 35% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- For cancellations made 7 to 15 days before departure, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- For cancellations made within 7 days of departure, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances such as government restrictions, health emergencies, or adverse weather conditions, tours and activities may be cancelled. While the operator will attempt to provide feasible alternatives, refunds will not be issued under such conditions.
- Any refund applicable will be processed within 7 business days.
Terms and Conditions
By booking a trek with The Wander Wave, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking Confirmation and Payment
To confirm your participation in the trek, a part payment of 50% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid as per the due date mentioned in the booking confirmation.
The booking is considered confirmed only after the part payment is received.
2. Inclusions
The inclusions of the trek will be strictly as per the itinerary provided before the booking is confirmed. No additional services or inclusions will be provided beyond what is stated in the itinerary.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
No Refunds: Once the booking is confirmed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances except in the event of a natural calamity or force majeure situation.
Partial Refund: In the event of a natural calamity or force majeure, a maximum of 70% of the booking value will be refunded. The remaining 30% will be retained to cover operational and administrative costs.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 24-48 Hours after the cancellation notice is provided.
4. No Insurance
The Wander Wave does not provide any form of travel, health, or accident insurance. Participants are responsible for arranging their own insurance coverage if desired.
Any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the trek is the sole responsibility of the participant. The Wander Wave will not be held liable for any such incidents.
5. Risks and Responsibilities
Participants acknowledge that trekking involves inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to injury, illness, loss of personal property, or even death.
The Wander Wave will take all necessary precautions for safety, but participants agree to participate at their own risk.
Any medical expenses or evacuation costs in case of injury or illness during the trek are to be borne solely by the participant.
6. Changes in Itinerary
The Wander Wave reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unavoidable events. No refunds will be offered for such changes unless a natural calamity occurs as stated above.
7. Conduct and Behavior
Participants are expected to maintain appropriate conduct during the trek. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or harmful to the group or the environment may result in removal from the trek without a refund.
8. Force Majeure
The Wander Wave will not be held responsible for any delays, changes, or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or other unforeseeable events.
9. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By making the booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your group are aware of and accept these terms.
