- For cancellations made 15 to 25 days before departure, 25% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- For cancellations made 7 to 15 days before departure, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- For cancellations made within 7 days of departure, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances such as government restrictions, health emergencies, or adverse weather conditions, tours and activities may be cancelled. While the operator will attempt to provide feasible alternatives, refunds will not be issued under such conditions.
- Any refund applicable will be processed within 7 business days.

- Upon booking, travelers will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours.
- In the rare event that the selected slots are unavailable, alternative options will be provided based on the customer's preferences.
- Once an alternative is confirmed, a new voucher with updated travel details will be sent via email.
