Day 1 - ARRIVAL IN KUALA LUMPUR - CHECK-IN - PUTRAJAYA TOUR

- Our airport representative/tour guide will greet and welcome you at the arrival hall.
- Pick-up from KLIA 1 or KLIA 2 and transfer to your hotel in Kuala Lumpur.
- Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia, is a bustling metropolis.
- Discover the cultural diversity, amazing shopping, great food, and close proximity to nature’s wonders.
- Start your day with a full-day tour of Putrajaya, Malaysia’s new Federal Government Administration Center.
- Explore the planned city built on 4,591 hectares, known for its eco-friendly design and modern architecture.
- Visit Putrajaya Square, Waterfront, and the Putrajaya Mosque.
- Explore the Prime Minister’s Department (subject to approval at the gate; dress smartly and bring your passport). Take a slow drive through Ministry Row to admire the architecture of the PM Department and PICC.
- View the magnificent and uniquely designed Putrajaya Bridges, each with its own character and charm.
- After the tour, return to your hotel in Kuala Lumpur for a relaxing evening.

Day 2 - GENTING HIGHLANDS & BATU CAVES

Day 3 - MALACCA FULL DAY TRIP FROM KUALA LUMPUR

- After breakfast, depart for a full-day trip to Malacca (Melaka), a UNESCO-listed city located on the Straits of Malacca, where Malaysia’s history began.
- Explore the ruins of St. Paul’s Church and Red Square, known for its distinctive pink Dutch administrative buildings, which now house the Malacca Museum and government offices.
- Enjoy a delicious and authentic Peranakan lunch (extra cost), tasting traditional Straits Chinese cuisine.
- Visit the Cheng Hoon Teng Temple, where the three major Chinese belief systems are worshiped under one roof: Confucianism, Taoism, and Buddhism. Take a leisurely walk along Jonker Street, a vibrant cultural hub filled with shops, street food, and antiques.
- The street ends by the Malacca River, offering a picturesque view.
- Learn about Malacca’s rich history, from the Malay sultanate and its rise as a major trading port, to the Portuguese and Dutch influences from the early 16th century.

Day 4 - AQUARIA KLCC TOUR & DEPARTURE FROM KUALA LUMPUR

- Leave your bags in the cloakroom and enjoy some last-minute shopping in Kuala Lumpur (if your return flight is in the evening).
- Proceed for a tour of Aquaria KLCC, one of Kuala Lumpur’s top tourist attractions.
- Explore over 5,000 animals from both land and water ecosystems in a cleverly designed aquarium.
- Discover various marine worlds, including jungle, coral reefs, and open-ocean habitats.
- Spot animals such as piranhas, sharks, electric eels, starfish, otters, and stingrays.
- Experience the 90-meter long aquarium tunnel, where you feel submerged while sharks and stingrays swim around you. After the tour, you may have time for last-minute shopping in the city.
- Later, transfer to the airport for your flight back home, ending your memorable trip to Malaysia.

No Refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations. However,
CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENTS BY ORGANISER(S):
- MOW may decide to cancel the event if there are less than 8 travellers or due to external factors which are beyond our control, such as Natural Hazards like rains, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, Virus OutBreak, curfew, etc,
- The Team will inform you about alternate events. You can choose to switch to any other event for which seats are available or choose to cancel in this case, the full amount will be refunded(Transportation Cancellation charges will be deducted) On business days, the refund amount will be completed within two weeks. All relevant refunds will be made via bank transfer only to the traveler.
CANCELLATION POLICY BY THE TRAVELER(YOU) :
- If you cancel 48 hours before the date of the event: No refund would be provided.
- Last-minute cancellations due to work, health issues, etc. would not be entertained and no refund or transfer shall be allowed for the same.
- No postponing your ticket to future events and no refund within 48 hours of the event start time.
- If you cancel 3-6days before the date of the event: you can transfer your tickets to your friends. We would be more than happy to have them on board and you could save your hard-earned money.
- If you cancel 7 days before the date of the event: 50 % of the full amount of the trip. (Payment gateway charges will be deducted). On business days, the refund amount will be completed within two weeks. All relevant refunds will be made via bank transfer only to the traveler.

Booking Confirmation:
Your seat will be confirmed only after receiving full payment.
Partial payments are not considered bookings.
Cancellation Policy:
No refund will be provided if cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the trip.
50% refund if cancelled 7 days before the event.
In case of trip cancellation from the organizer’s side (due to unforeseen situations like weather conditions, political unrest, low participation, etc.), a full refund will be provided (transportation cancellation charges applicable).
Trip Itinerary Changes:
The itinerary is subject to change based on weather, road conditions, and other external factors.
Trip captains have full authority to modify the plan to ensure participant safety.
Transportation:
Transportation provided will be as per the group size and based on availability.
Seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Behaviour and Discipline:
Participants are expected to maintain discipline and cooperate with the team and fellow travellers.
Use of alcohol or drugs during the trip is strictly prohibited.
Any misbehaviour with fellow participants or staff will lead to removal from the trip without any refund.
Liability:
MeetOverTheWeekend (MOW) is not responsible for any personal injuries, loss of belongings, or damage during the trip.
Participants must take full responsibility for their personal belongings throughout the journey.
Medical Conditions:
Participants with any medical conditions must inform the organisers in advance.
It is advised to carry personal medication if required.
Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided on a sharing basis (triple/quad sharing, unless specified otherwise).
Accommodation will be arranged separately for men and women.
If you require a couple-sharing room, kindly inform the team in advance to make necessary arrangements.
Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is not included unless specifically mentioned.
Participants are advised to carry valid identity proof.
Environmental Responsibility:
Participants are expected to respect nature and avoid littering during the trip.
Kindly use the dustbins and avoid using single-use plastics.
