The most memorable and romantic night and event will start at 4 pm. Witnessing one of most beautiful Sunset beside lake within mountains will be the first amazing thing we will be doing. After that there would be evening snacks and tea to serve. Once we get into the groove of camping site and atmosphere, tents would be allocated. To heat up the cozy and chilling atmosphere we will have company of campfire, music and barbeque. The night would start and we will be having lots if couple games and activities to make valentines day as most memorable one. There would be some surprises as well after romantic candlelight dinner. The day will end with midnight coffee and beautiful camping under the millions stars. The special night will finish where specially decorated tents are waiting to host the beautiful couple. Next Day - morning will start with sound of nature and soothing atmosphere.

Other things as per personal use. 10. Fun things like Jenga, Uno, Guitar, Music etc. 11. Trekking Shoes and Pole in case of Trekking.
HOW TO REACH
One can reach directly to Pavana Lakeside. From Pune 60 kms around 1.5 hrs journey and from Mumbai it's 120 kms around 2.5 hrs journey. Also if you reach from Mumbai or Pune by train till lonavala pick up and drop is available at Rs. 400 pp extra to camping site.

Policy and Terms
Ticket/Booking transfer from one batch to another batch is not allowed. All cancellations will be entertained only through mail request to [email protected] with subject line as follows along with UPI Id or no. and/or bank account details. ‘Booking Cancellation | (Event Name) | (Batch Date) | (Booking Name) | (Booking Amount) Cancellation requests only through mail will be accepted. Cancellation requests over whatsapp, verbally or through any other channel than mail will not be entertained. Refund will be generated in 3 to 5 working days based as per below policy Cancellation before 12 hrs. 20% refund of event ticket price. Cancellation before 24 hrs. 50% refund of event ticket price. Cancellation before 48 hrs. 80% refund of event ticket price. Cancellation before 96 hrs. 100% refund of event ticket price. No cancellation request will be entertained between the window of event time and till 12 hours. Irrespective of booking time and date, cancellation policy will remain the same (even in case of last day bookings etc.) In case of partial payments, total event ticket price will be taken into consideration and not the amount paid. In case the event is cancelled by organisers due to any unavoidable reason full refund will be initiated. If the event gets cancelled completely or partially after departure time due to natural calamities or by things which are out of control; no refund will be initiated. Sand2Mountain holds all rights to alter/change cancellation policy at any point of time as per situation demands.
