No Refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations. However,
CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENTS BY ORGANISER(S):
- MOW may decide to cancel the event if there are less than 8 travellers or due to external factors which are beyond our control, such as Natural Hazards like rains, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, Virus OutBreak, curfew, etc,
- The Team will inform you about alternate events. You can choose to switch to any other event for which seats are available or choose to cancel in this case, the full amount will be refunded(Transportation Cancellation charges will be deducted) On business days, the refund amount will be completed within two weeks. All relevant refunds will be made via bank transfer only to the traveler.
CANCELLATION POLICY BY THE TRAVELER(YOU) :
- If you cancel 48 hours before the date of the event: No refund would be provided.
- Last-minute cancellations due to work, health issues, etc. would not be entertained and no refund or transfer shall be allowed for the same.
- No postponing your ticket to future events and no refund within 48 hours of the event start time.
- If you cancel 3-6days before the date of the event: you can transfer your tickets to your friends. We would be more than happy to have them on board and you could save your hard-earned money.
- If you cancel 7 days before the date of the event: 50 % of the full amount of the trip. (Payment gateway charges will be deducted). On business days, the refund amount will be completed within two weeks. All relevant refunds will be made via bank transfer only to the traveler.
