All About It
Manali is a popular hill station and tourist destination located in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. It is situated in the northern part of India, nestled in the Kullu Valley of the Himalayas.
Manali is known for its natural beauty and serves as a gateway to several adventure activities and tourist attractions. It is a popular destination for honeymooners, trekkers, and nature enthusiasts. The town offers stunning views of snow-capped peaks, pristine rivers, and dense forests. Manali has several markets where you can shop for souvenirs, handicrafts, woolen clothing, and other local products. The Mall Road in Manali is a popular shopping destination.
One of the most famous attractions near Manali is the Rohtang Pass. It is a high mountain pass located at an elevation of approximately 3,978 meters (13,051 feet) and is known for its breathtaking landscapes and opportunities for snow activities.
Manali offers a range of adventure activities, including trekking, paragliding, river rafting, mountain biking, and skiing (during the winter season). Solang Valley, located near Manali, is a hub for adventure sports.
Manali offers a variety of local dishes that include Himachali cuisine. You can savor dishes like Dham (a traditional meal), momos, thukpa, and various types of bread, especially in the Old Manali area.
Day 1 - Explore Manali and its surroundings
Vashisht hot springs
Jogini Waterfalls
Mall road
Start your day by visiting the famous Hidimba Temple, which is located in a serene forested area, Explore the unique architecture of the temple, dedicated to Hidimba Devi, a character from the Indian epic Mahabharata.
Head to visit the Vashisht Hot Springs, which are believed to have therapeutic properties. You can take a dip in the natural hot water springs. Enjoy a delicious local Himachali meal at one of the restaurants in Vashisht or Manali. Try traditional dishes like Dham, momos, or thukpa.
Later, embark on a trek to Jogini Waterfalls, which is known for its stunning natural beauty. The trek starts from Vashisht, and it's about a 2-3 hour round trip. The trail takes you through lush forests and offers beautiful views of the surrounding hills. Return to Manali town and explore Mall Road, the main shopping and dining area.
Day 2 - Solang Valley and Atal Tunnel

Visit Solang Valley or Rohtang Pass based on the weather and your preferences. Rohtang Pass may be closed during the winter season due to heavy snowfall, so check its accessibility before planning. You can participate in various snow activities such as skiing, snowboarding, sledding, and riding the cable car.
There are rental shops in Solang Valley where you can rent snow gear and equipment. After enjoying the snow activities at Solang Valley, make your way back towards Manali. On your way, stop at the Atal Tunnel, a remarkable engineering marvel that connects Manali to the Lahaul and Spiti Valley. Return to Manali town and explore Mall Road, the main shopping and dining area.
Day 3 - Kullu and Kasol
Riverrafting
Begin your journey towards Kullu, which is approximately a 1-1.5 hour drive from Manali. Upon reaching Kullu, you can experience the thrill of paragliding. Enjoy a scenic paragliding flight over the beautiful Kullu Valley and the Beas River.
Head to the Beas River for an exciting river rafting experience. Kullu is famous for its river rafting adventures, and it has a thrilling river rafting race.
After enjoying the adventure activities in Kullu, start your journey towards Kasol; Kasol is approximately a 1.5-2-hour drive from Kullu. Enjoy the scenic drive through lush forests and alongside the Parvati River. Spend the night at a campsite in Kasol, surrounded by the beauty of the Parvati Valley. Camping in Kasol offers a unique and immersive experience in nature
Day 4 - Manikaran and Tosh Village

Start your journey to Manikaran, which is about a 1-hour drive from Kasol. Manikaran is renowned for its natural hot water springs and is considered a sacred place for both Hindus and Sikhs. Upon reaching Manikaran, visit the natural hot water springs.
You can take a dip in the hot water pools and enjoy the soothing and healing properties of the spring waters. Explore the Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji Gurudwara, which is an important Sikh pilgrimage site. You can also have langar (community meal) as prasad. After your visit to Manikaran, drive to Tosh village, which is approximately 20 kilometers from Manikaran and about a 1-hour drive.
Tosh is a picturesque village located in the Parvati Valley, which is known for its stunning views and serene ambiance. witness the beautiful sunset over the Himalayan mountains. Tosh offers some fantastic sunset views. Hike from Barshini Dam to Tosh. Return to Kasol.
Day 5 - Kasol to Chandigarh, Train to Delhi
Start your day by checking out from your campsite or accommodation in Kasol. Begin your journey towards Bhuntar, a town located in the Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh. Enjoy the scenic drive as you pass through the beautiful Himachal mountains, lush valleys, and picturesque landscapes.
Have lunch at a restaurant or dhaba along the way to Chandigarh. Reach Chandigarh in the late afternoon or early evening, depending on traffic and road conditions. Head to the Chandigarh Railway Station to catch your train to Delhi. Board your train and settle in for the journey back to Delhi.

- Toiletries (Toothbrush, Paste, Small towel/napkin, Comb, Sanitary Pads).
- 2 biodegradable plastic bags medium size to carry waste.

Policy and more
Compensation will not be paid for changes or cancellations caused by Acts of God (Force Majeure), natural or man-made disaster, fire, technical problems to transport, closure or congestion of airports, adverse weather conditions or any other event beyond the Company’s control.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the trip at any time, either due to lack of batch formation or other factors. If we cancel the trip, a full refund will be provided.
If you cancel, the following policy applies:
Cancellation Refund will be processed only in the form of HAC wallet
Refund is non-transferable
- Wallet cash can be used within 1 year.
- There's no refund if,
- The person doesn't shows up on the day of travel.
- The person voluntarily decides to withdraw from the trip in between.

Terms and Conditions
Train Tickets
While we strive to secure confirmed train tickets, we cannot guarantee them as railway operations are managed by the government.
- Included Tickets: Packages from Ex-Hyderabad include Sleeper class train tickets.
- Upgrades: For 3AC/2AC/1AC travel, additional charges will apply as per IRCTC rates.
- Ticket Status: We will update you on your ticket status. However, we recommend checking it frequently if the ticket isn’t confirmed (CNF).
- Alternatives:
- If the ticket remains in RAC/WL two days before departure, consider opting for Tatkal or Premium Tatkal for a higher chance of confirmation, subject to additional IRCTC charges.
- If tickets are still in WL and bus service is available, opting for a bus is advisable.
- Extra Charges: Additional costs will be as per IRCTC rates. No extra fees will be charged by us for booking Tatkal.

Train Ticket Booking:
- In the event that train tickets are unavailable at the time of booking, we will attempt to secure them through the Tatkal scheme, which opens one day before departure. (Tatkal Tickets will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability, with a nominal surcharge over the original ticket price). Please note that Tatkal bookings are subject to various factors beyond our control. If tickets cannot be secured, alternative travel options such as buses or Premium Tatkal tickets will be suggested. Any additional charges incurred for these alternatives will be the responsibility of the customer
Balance Payment
- Balance Payment should be done before 2 days of the departure
Limitations & Liability
We accept liability for those arrangements for your holiday, which are wholly within our control, and, therefore, accept liability to clients for the negligence of our employees. However, we would like to draw attention to the following circumstances, which fall outside our direct control or where, for some reason, we are not prepared to accept liability.
- In the event that you miss your train or bus for any reason during your onward or return journey, the company shall not be responsible for any financial reimbursement. However, we will assist you in finding alternative transportation options to ensure your continued travel.
- The Company shall, in no circumstances whatsoever, be liable to the client or any person traveling with him or her for any death, personal injury, sickness, accidents, loss delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and/or damage or theft howsoever caused
- The company does not own or control hotels, coaches, or other facilities mentioned in the tour. As an operator of the package tour, therefore, we cannot be held liable.
- Where there has been no fault on the part of the company, supplier, or agents.
- Where the failures in the performance of the contract are attributable to the customer.
- Where the failures are attributable to a third party not connected with the holiday provision and are unforeseeable or unavoidable.
- We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accidents, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons.
Surcharge
The Price of your travel arrangement is subject to surcharges in case of sudden hike in fuel prices, schedule airfare and any taxes levied by the government. Even in this case, we will try to absorb an amount of 2%, amount exceeding over 2% will be surcharged.
Seasonal surcharges may apply based on the selected travel dates. Any applicable price increase will be clearly displayed on the payment page before confirming your booking.
Right to amend the itinerary
Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary.
Occasionally it may be deemed necessary to make changes to your holiday and the Company reserves the right to do so at any time without any prior notice, and you will be notified of any changes at the earliest possible opportunity.
Others
- Weed or any other narcotics is strictly prohibited from entire event!
- Be cooperative with fellow Participants
- Do not cause delay and cause inconvenience for others and impact the schedule.
- Do not litter any plastic (biscuit pack covers, candy wrappers, etc.). We commit to keeping our events pollute-free.
