Policy and Terms

• A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the expected check-in date will incur a 10% processing fee.
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the expected check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the expected check-in date or no-shows will forfeit the entire deposit.
• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.
