Practicing partner yoga poses with someone else is a great way to connect through movement during busy times. Come along for a 40 minute super fun yoga session where we help you connect with your child and build a healthy bond together. Yoga can help children infuse energy and confidence into their personalities. A recent research paper by Harvard suggests Yoga and mindfulness have been shown to improve both physical and mental health in school-age children (ages 6 to 12).

Join our fun Kids Yoga session : - The session will start with a warm-up , - The expert will teach around 12-15 partner yoga poses that can be practised at home. - Some Breathing techniques will also be taught. - The session will end with some Relaxing Music and meditation.
