Report to the pickup point in Delhi when the team informs you. Your trip leader and fellow participants will greet you. As you start your overnight journey to Tapri/Yulla Khas Village, it will be the perfect time to mingle with your fellow participants.

As you reach the Tapri/Yulla Khas Village after a scenic overnight journey, check into your stay, settle in, have breakfast, and relax for a while. After moving your toes and stretching your legs, you can continue with the slow day or take a short tour. Here you get to explore the rich Kinnauri culture. 

 

You can also stroll in the luscious apple orchards and enjoy the gorgeous mountain views. However, no matter what you do, make sure to report for the trek briefing session with your trek leader. After the briefing session, it will be time to savor a delicious home-style dinner.

The real fun starts on day one as you wake up to a view and enjoy a delicious breakfast while simultaneously getting ready for the activity. You will embark on a 10-kilometer journey to reach the Yulla Khas Village. With an easy to moderate level of difficulty, reaching the camp will only take 4 to 6 hours. 

However, with a splendid view throughout the activity, you will not realize when the time passes and you're on the trail. You can either have the packed lunch on the trail or upon arrival at the camp, after settling in. Once you are at the camp, enjoy the view, explore the place, and have a splendid night with a home-style dinner.

So wake up early, have your breakfast, and get ready to start your trek toward the world's highest Krishna temple at Yulla Kanda Lake. As per the Hindu scriptures, the Pandav brothers built the temple during their exile. The temple and its surroundings blend nature and spirituality, creating an atmosphere that can calm any troubled soul. 

So, take your time breathing in the peace, after which you will start your downhill journey to the Tapri/Yulla Khas Village. As you reach the village, freshen up at the homestay and prepare to begin your return journey to Delhi.

  • For cancellations made 25 days or more before the departure date, 30% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • For cancellations made 15 to 25 days before departure, 40% of the total tour cost will be charged.
  • For cancellations made 7 to 15 days before departure, 70% of the total tour cost will be charged.
  • For cancellations made within 7 days of departure, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances such as government restrictions, health emergencies, or adverse weather conditions, tours and activities may be cancelled. While the operator will attempt to provide feasible alternatives, refunds will not be issued under such conditions.
  • Any refund applicable will be processed within 7 business days.

By booking a trek with The Wander Wave, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation and Payment

  • To confirm your participation in the trek, a part payment of 50% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid as per the due date mentioned in the booking confirmation.
  • The booking is considered confirmed only after the part payment is received.

2. Inclusions

  • The inclusions of the trek will be strictly as per the itinerary provided before the booking is confirmed. No additional services or inclusions will be provided beyond what is stated in the itinerary.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: Once the booking is confirmed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances except in the event of a natural calamity or force majeure situation.
  • Partial Refund: In the event of a natural calamity or force majeure, a maximum of 70% of the booking value will be refunded. The remaining 30% will be retained to cover operational and administrative costs.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 24-48 Hours after the cancellation notice is provided.
  • Refund will be reflect in your account within 7 working Days as per RBI guidelines. 

4. No Insurance

  • The Wander Wave does not provide any form of travel, health, or accident insurance. Participants are responsible for arranging their own insurance coverage if desired.
  • Any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the trek is the sole responsibility of the participant. The Wander Wave will not be held liable for any such incidents.

5. Risks and Responsibilities

  • Participants acknowledge that trekking involves inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to injury, illness, loss of personal property, or even death.
  • The Wander Wave will take all necessary precautions for safety, but participants agree to participate at their own risk.
  • Any medical expenses or evacuation costs in case of injury or illness during the trek are to be borne solely by the participant.

6. Changes in Itinerary

  • The Wander Wave reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unavoidable events. No refunds will be offered for such changes unless a natural calamity occurs as stated above.

7. Conduct and Behavior

  • Participants are expected to maintain appropriate conduct during the trek. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or harmful to the group or the environment may result in removal from the trek without a refund.

8. Force Majeure

  • The Wander Wave will not be held responsible for any delays, changes, or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or other unforeseeable events.

9. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

  • By making the booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your group are aware of and accept these terms.
