1.Fuel for the following as per itinerary for rented bike
2. "5 Night" Accommodation in Standard hotel / Camps  / homestay on Triple sharing basis

5. Backup Vehicle(Min. 15 bikes Required)
6. Mechanical Support(Min. 15 rider's Required)
7.Bikes will be strictly given as per the itinerary only and not for local and free day rides

9.General First Aid Kit
10. The spare parts, engine oil used or any damages of the bike during the tour are
chargeable.
11. Zanskar season is a short & heavy season so accommodation can be divided in nearby
hotels/homestay too.
12.Meals on MAP plan, 2 meals (Breakfast & Dinner) at eating joints on the way & may no
be in major towns where people prefer to have platters according to their personal tastes
13. Tour Manager to manage the group by taking all safety measures to make the tour
success.

15. Helmets for Rider & Pillion, Riding gloves for Rider, Knee & elbow guard
for both Rider & Pillion (All the gears are used ones, we recommend
each rider to carry their own riding gear). 

Exclusions

1.Expenses of personal nature such as Table drinks, Water bottle, snacks, telephone calls, laundry, camera fee for still or video camera, tips to drivers, local guides, and hotel staff…etc. 2.Lunch on all day
3.Any Entry fees at all forts and heritage building
4.Any kind of Biking gears (such as Elbow Guard, Knee Guard, Riders Jacket...etc
5.Cost escalation due to change in itinerary because of any natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks, bad weather, social or political unrest, sudden shutdown of any govt. authority/office to be borne by the client directly on the spo
6.REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT OF INR 10000/- PER BIKE (If any, damages in bike. Damage cost will be deducted from refundable security deposit of INR 10,000/-
7.Any other item which is not specified under cost inclusion
8.Travel Insurance
9.Any item, activity or facility other than clearly mentioned within the inclusions & itinerary above
10.Autonomous hill development council (LAHDC) Leh environment fees & Red Cros
11.Any extra vehicle rental if addon in plan
12. Self bike fuel
13. All Inner Line permit

Policy and Terms

  10% cancellation charges if cancelled 30 days before the tour.

  25% cancellation charges if cancelled between 30 – 20 Days before the tour.

  50% cancellation charges if cancelled between 19 – 10 Days before the tour.

  No refund will be made if cancelled 10 days before the tour.

  No Refund or Compensation on any changes on ongoing trip.

  Booking Amount is non refundable.

Terms and Conditions

JOURNEY BASKET and its organizers strictly prohibit the utilization of any narcotics and banned  substances during the tours and would not be responsible for any adversities due to the  same.

Weapons, fireworks and toxic substances are not allowed at this tour and management would not be responsible for any person who has been found guilty under the Indian law.

The organizers reserve the right to evict any camper anytime without any refund if his/her actions violate any journey basket rules.

JOURNEY BASKET is not responsible for your whereabouts or safety if you are outside the  camping premises.

Any loss to the camping materials such as tents, pillows, mattress or any property belonging to the campsite will be subject to full payment of product MRP.

JOURNEY BASKET won’t be responsible for any loss or damage of goods belonging to the travelers.

JOURNEY BASKET won’t be responsible if you get ill while traveling.

All guests must carry a valid govt. Issued valid ID card.

Only campers staying with JOURNEY BASKET will be allowed in the campsite and if you intend to bring guests from outside, you’ll have to pre notify us.

Slots at the campsite will be confirmed only after receipt of full payment.

Management accepts no responsibility for injuries or the loss/theft of any personal property during the tour.

In case of any breakdown of the transport in the way, you would have to wait until the transport gets repaired. No backup transport would be provided.

Please cooperate with us in keeping the environment clean and safe.

Registrations/tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, canceled or refunded.

The company will not be held responsible for any delay due to Traffic, natural calamities, breakdown of transport.

There may be change in plan due to snowfall or any other natural calamities.

Bonfire and Musical nights depend on the rules of the local authority or camp / hotel rules.

Seats on Bus / Traveler depend on a first come first serve basis.

Trekking & Adventure activities are depending on weather.
