Day 1 - Arrival in Guwahati
Reach Guwahati and check in at a cozy guesthouse (provided by us).
Relax, freshen up, and meet your fellow music-loving campers.
Grab dinner locally and head to Guwahati Railway Station by 11 PM.
Board the overnight train to Naharlagun, Arunachal Pradesh.
Let the excitement build as you journey towards Ziro.
Note: Arrive in Guwahati by 10 PM latest or anytime on Day 1 to avail homestay.
Day 2 - Drive to Ziro & Kickstart Festival
Reach Naharlagun early morning and drive through lush hills to Ziro (3 hrs).
Check in to our well-equipped campsite surrounded by nature.
Freshen up, explore the valley, and grab your first taste of Ziro life.
Dive into the festival vibe — live music, food stalls, and serene meadows await.
End the day with bonfire gatherings and music under the stars.
Overnight stay in tents at Ziro campsite.
Day 3 - Festival & Valley Exploration – Stargazing & Bonfire Jam
Wake up to the crisp mountain air and hearty breakfast.
Chill at the festival ground with local cuisine, art stalls, and soulful performances.
Explore hidden corners of Ziro or just unwind with a rice beer.
Join evening acoustic jam sessions and community bonfires.
Indulge in DIY stargazing under crystal-clear skies.

Day 4 - Apatani Culture Walk & Festival Evening
Embark on a guided walk through traditional Apatani villages.

Final overnight stay in tents.
Day 6 - Depart Ziro – Return to Guwahati
Check out after breakfast and head back to Naharlagun by bus.
Board the return train to Guwahati and relax.
Arrive in Guwahati by 12 noon — flights can be booked after 6 PM.

We understand that travel plans can change, and we aim to make the process as smooth as possible. Please review our cancellation and refund terms below:
For Domestic Trips
30 days or more before departure – 50% refund of the total trip cost.
Less than 30 days before departure – No refund (as all arrangements are prepaid by this time).
For International Trips
45 days or more before departure – 70% refund of the total trip cost.
30 to 44 days before departure – 50% refund of the total trip cost.
Less than 30 days before departure – No refund.
Important Notes
Refunds are calculated on the total trip cost, not just the booking amount paid.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Certain services—such as flights, visas, permits, or other special arrangements—are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
If Backpackers Hyderabad Cancels
In rare cases where we must cancel a trip due to low group size, adverse weather, or unavoidable circumstances, you will receive:
100% refund of the trip amount OR
A full credit note to use towards any future trip with us.
No-Show Policy
Failure to join the trip without prior cancellation will result in 100% retention of the total trip cost, with no refund applicable.
