Once the Capital of the mighty Chalukya empire, the location has witnessed immense history. Rock - cut cave temples and red sandstone cliffs are a visual delight.
Another town situated close by is Bijapur. Once ruled by the Adil - Shahi's, the city has some mind-blowing architectural marvels.
From Bijapur Fort, Gol Gumbaz to Ibrahim Roza it is the perfect way to revisit history.
