Day 1 - VARANASI ARRIVAL
- Reach Varanasi and check in to hotel.
- Freshen up and leave for Vishwanath mandir Darshan to start with a positive vibe.
- Explore near by ghats on walk and witness the heritage side of Varanasi.
- Back to hotel for rest
- Evening witness world famous ganga aarti followed by food tour to explore the famous
- delicacies of banaras.
Day 2 - VARANASI LOCAL
- Early morning boat ride on holy Ganges. Witness subah-e-Banaras.
- Visit Banaras Hindu University and Vishwanath temple of BHU followed by authentic lunch of Baati chokha.
- Post lunch we will proceed to explore the nature side of Varanasi and it's nearby places.
- Reach Sonbhadra by evening and witness village setup with Desi cooking style
- Chill and relaxed evening followed by dinner
Day 3 - SONBHADRA lOCAL
- Witness the true village lifestyle, yoga culture and Yagna followed by breakfast cooked with organic stuffs and witness sustainable lifestyle.
- Post breakfast, explore the forest, dams, villages and waterfall of the region with lunch and return by evening
- Post sunset and unwind with bonfire and village theme.
Day 4 - SARNATH & VARANASI DROP
- Have a relaxed breakfast and check out and leave to Varanasi.
- Enroute will spend few hours at Sarnath (a place very closely associated with the life of Gautam Buddha).
- Also if time allows then will be visiting Bharat Mata Temple and do some shopping of authentic Banarasi sarees and silk stuffs.

I did Kutch with SoloYolo and Oh My God It's a trip I won't forget for a lifetime. The moon gazing in white desert, the sunrise, sunsets, jeep safari, watching the beautiful flamingos fly, and some secret spots which I won't tell here. - Extra days stay/food at any place during the tour because of bad weather or road blocking due to snow.
- Anything that is not mentioned in the above list of inclusions.
Policy and more
- Incase of a cancellation due to COVID -19 or lockdown due to government guidelines, the trip validity is extended for 12 months from the initial date of trip for the same location as per the fixed departures.
- 100% Refund is applicable under the circumstance wherein SoloYolo cancels the trip. It would not be provided in a situation where cancellation is done by the participant.
Terms and Conditions
- Trip schedule is subjected to change as per road, weather and other unavoidable conditions so take a day or two in buffer.
- Only Team members have the right to take decision depending on above.
- Any extra cost (Transportation / Accommodation) arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances or change in law will be extra.
- Any stay apart from fixed schedule (as per the itinerary) will be extra.
- Keep yourself prepared with all winter clothing and other necessary goods.
- Participants will be responsible for their personal belongings on the trip; the company will not be responsible for the same.

1. How do I register for a trip?
- Pay a minimum token amount of ₹6,000 to secure your slot. A booking confirmation email will be sent once confirmed.
2. Can I join Solo?
- Yes, you can join solo, with friends, or as a couple.
3. Can I customize the trip?
- Yes, customization is available for private groups with your choice of dates, duration, or any other requests.
4. What payment modes do you accept?
- We accept all online payments (debit/credit cards, net banking, UPI).
5. Can I pay through EMI?
- Yes, EMI options are available. Full payment must be completed 7 days before departure.
6. When do I need to pay the balance amount?
- The balance must be paid 7 days before departure.
7. Is there a WhatsApp group created before the trip?
- Yes, a WhatsApp group will be created 7 days before departure after receiving full payment from all participants.
8. What is your cancellation policy?
- No cancellations allowed. 100% refund if SoloYolo cancels the trip.
9. How many minimum participants are required for a fixed departure?
- 4 participants. If this number isn’t met, SoloYolo will cancel the trip and provide a full refund, or suggest you join another confirmed group departure for the same dates.
10. Can I cancel/reschedule my trip in an emergency?
- No cancellations or reschedules allowed for fixed departure trips.
11. What happens if SoloYolo cancels my trip?
- You will receive a 100% refund if SoloYolo cancels the trip.
12. How long does the refund take?
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after initiation.
13. Can I bring my own vehicle?
- Yes, you can. Ensure your vehicle is in good condition, with valid insurance and documents. You will cover all expenses (fuel, maintenance, etc.).
14. Can you provide a separate vehicle for us?
- Yes, subject to availability. Book at least 15 days in advance. Extra charges apply.
15. Can you arrange airport pickup?
- Yes, airport pickup and drop-off can be arranged for an additional charge.
16. Can you arrange stay at the base location?
- Yes, definitely we can help you with that.
17. Can you help us find the correct flights?
- Yes, we can suggest some good flight and train options for you to choose from based on your preference or time constraints.
18. Is there a group coordinator from Team SoloYolo?
- Yes, if the group size exceeds 8 people, a group coordinator from SoloYolo will be present throughout the trip to ensure smooth operations and to assist with any needs.
