What is Kombucha you ask?
Kombucha is a fermented, lightly effervescent and slightly sweetened tea drink that first originated in China. Now consumed across the globe, it is known for its probiotic qualities. Umami Brew has taken this probiotic drink further by adding ingenious flavours of fruits and spices, making it refreshing and supremely delicious.

4 PM - Arrive at Umami Brew. Informal introductions and a brief chat about Umami Brew's story. This will be followed by a live demonstration of making kombucha and knowing everything you wanted to about kombucha.
5:00 PM - Cyriac and Saurabh will take you on a guided brewery tour. Follow this with a tasting of different kombucha along with specially curated accompaniments.
6:00 PM - Leisure time to roam around the adjoining farm and also buy the special Umami Brew products
