We will be covering Nubra, Turtuk village, which is the less explored village as of now, Pangong and much more.

Day 1 - Arriving at Leh & acclimatize

Your pickup will be arranged from the airport as per your arrival schedule. Today will be a day where you will acclimatize and in the evening, you can explore the market go for a night walk. We will do a night stay at Leh.
Day 2 - Leh Acclimatization & local

We will leave for a short city tour by 09:00 am. Visit Leh Palace, Hall of fame & Shanti Stupa. In the afternoon we will go for river rafting at Sangam and once done, we will be back to the hotel. We will explore street food of the Leh market or some Chinese food today. We will do a night stay at Leh.
Day 3 - Leh – Khardung la – Diskit – Hunder - Nubra

After breakfast, we will drive to the Highest Motorable Road of The World, KhardungLa Pass. Grab a cup of tea there, get yourself clicked with the Khardungla Signboard by BRO & proceed towards Nubra valley, en-route to Diskit Monastery. Check-in at the camp, freshen up & later you can have a Double Hump Bactrian Camel ride. Don’t forget to click this unique mammal, found in cold Desert. It was once used to carry the trade material on the silk route. We will have a night at Hunder/ Nubra Camp
Day 4 - Nubra valley – Turtuk – Nubra valley

Today we have leisure day at Nubra valley and visit the unexplored Turtuk village with a 2hrs ride. We will have a free day here in Nubra, we can go for a walk to Hunder village. Turtuk has a history as colorful as the apricot plantations one sees all around the region. We will have a night stay in Nubra. Today we will experience the stay in tents under the sky full of stars.
Day 5 - Nubra valley to Pangong

After early morning breakfast, we will leave for Pangong Lake (14,500 ft), Pangong Lake is the highest saltwater lake in the world, shared by two countries India & China. Enjoy the beauty of the lake on the Banks of Pangong Lake while appreciating the changing Colors and fascinating high altitude of the Lake. Today the night stay will be in the tents facing the Pangong Tso.
Day 6 - Pangong Lake – Leh city
Thikse Monastery and 3 Idiot School

After breakfast, check out from the camps at Pangong & proceed for Leh city crossing Chang La Pass, the third highest pass in Ladakh regions, Thiksay monastery & the school shown in 3 idiots along with other attractions on this route. We reach Leh by 06.00pm we can hop on a nearby café in the city for live music or spend time for shopping in the Leh market. We will do an overnight stay at the hotel in Leh.
Day 7 - Leh Airport Drop

I have been on two trips with Backpacker Tours. One in Feb'20 to Manali-Kasol-Kalga-Amritsar and second in Apr'21 to Dharamshala-Triund-Bir-Billing. Both the trips were perfectly organised with flawless execution of the itineraries. Chirag makes it a point to cover all the offbeat experiences of the locations that we visit; whether it be tent stay in Kasol or hiking to our cottage stay in the cradle of mountains in Kalga or cycling through the jungle trail in Dharamshala. All these thrilling novel experiences at reasonable rates with excellent stay and food arrangements. Paisa vasool trips ekdam! Recommended 10/10 !

Would like to start with "TUM MUJE KYU NAHI MILE PAHLE".I should have discovered this Backpacker tour much earlier.
Out of the world experience.. This is my 3rd time to Himachal but never experienced Himachal this beautiful way. I will say, this experience I will remember for the entire life. Kheerganga track and hot water spring was another world experience. Stay in a remote village in moutains was WOW. Water rafting in
Beas river was unforgettable one.
Tour Operator Chirag jain is such a friendly and Amazing person to be with. He organized everything so well and very quick to respond to any request.
I would love to be part of many more coming trips and recommend to friends/family/colleagues. (Already my cousin has joined Himachal trip after my experience)..
But be very careful, you may fall in love with beautiful mountain rivers, Mountains, activities, itinerary and experience. Don't worry, it's good to fall.

This is Leh to Leh departure, which means our journey will starts from leh airport and end on same after 7 days. there is no restrictions on flight arrival or departure you can book any as per your choice. Inform our trip leader about your arrival 1 day before departure date pickup will be arranged accordingly.
