Join for the day Trek to the highest peak of Maharashtra - Kalsubai! Trek commences through some of the most exhilarating terrains, enjoy panoramic views of a lake, dam & the view of Sahyadri Mountain Range from the top of Everest of Maharashtra. Kalsubai with the height of 1646 m [5400 feet] is famous as one of the highest peaks in Maharashtra. This being the highest peak, it commands a beautiful view. Since Kalsubai is extremely famous, enough effort has been made to make this trek easy. There are steel railings, chains, and ladders at places where it is difficult to climb. Also, we will visit and take blessings of Kalasubai Devi Temple located at the peak.

We will leave from Pune by 12 am and expected to reach the base village by 6 am and have breakfast. Trek to the Everest of Maharashtra will start after breakfast. We are expected to reach to the top by 10 am and explore the top of the Kalasubai and will have packed snacks. We will return by 2 pm and after lunch will start the return journey by 4 pm and reach Pune by 11 pm. Trek complete with the extreme delight of visiting the highest point of Maharashtra with amazing memories.

It was my first ever trip and camping.... And people at Pune Travel Club made it really special for me. Considering the heavy rush for New Years I understand a few things might go here and there but overall I just loved it. Camping at Kashid... Beachside Campfire... Next day Beautiful scenary at the beach and water sports.... It was a special start of the New Year for me. Thanks a lot Pune Travel Club team.

It was my first ever trekking experience and PTC made it worthwhile. Enjoyed a lot....Went with a very nice group from Pune to Bhandardara Fireflies festival..... Shraddha our co-ordinator was very humble, soft spoken and an outstanding person who guided us throughout the trekking....I would definitely love to attend more events.....
